One of the worst experiences i had. The hotel services needs to be improved so so much, staff isn’t at all trained specially in the restaurant. They have no idea what they’re doing and what theyre supposed to, as a hotelier myself i was just embarrassed to see them not listening only to anything me and my family requested for. After almost 30 mins and telling 4 different waiter i got the my requests. It was not at all professional. Be it cutlery, food, tea/coffee or the clearance stack i had on my table for good 15-20 mins not even a single thing was served at the time cause no one really bothered to listen. At the dhaba you get a better service than this. Please train them or hire educated staff. Anyway, please if you are charging this much like a 4 star property please give service atleast better than a dhaba. we expect basics things nothing else

Radisson Vrindavan is a perfectly located hotel, within walking distance to Prem Mandir, Sri HIT Dham parikrama marg,Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir, and many other temples. Every member of staff with whom we interacted was pleasant and helpful. The comforter on the bed was perfect for feeling cozy and not hot. The pillows likewise were fantastic. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of fruits, juices, crisp dosa's, and soft idli's. All are satvic dishes exactly as per our dietary requirements. The only downfall was that we became addicted to their masala tea and gluten-free cookies! The service generally was very good, our special kind thanks to Raghav @front office & Chef Sanjeev & Mukesh @Basil cafe. All were highly helpful throughout our stay. If you are considering this hotel for your trip, book it without hesitation!
