Firstly I’m going to mention the positives for balance Wi-Fi brilliant, Air-Con very efficient, the bed was comfy and TV system uses your own login for NetFlix, Prime etc, location is also good for local shop, beach and a few restaurants although the main strip is further and old Oroklini is 3 km away We arrived late so did not report the following issues until the next day, we received a message “ thanks for the information but we are extremely sorry for this issue and we will try our best not to repeat this kind of mistake in the future” Ok so I didn’t want to spoil the holiday with messages and arguments so we made the best of it Broken patio furniture - all the rattan furniture was shredded, there was nowhere to sit Broken Canopy - if I had been able to sit on the patio, the tarpaulin shade had come undone and was flapping the other side of the wall on the electrical wires - needed a ladder to fix it, no ladder (2 men did come and fix the canopy on day 5 of our 7 day holiday) Kitchen tap broken - mixer tap sprayed water all over surfaces and floor, so unable to fill sink No kitchen plug so if tap had been working, still unable to fill up to wash up Freezer drawer would not open TV and Air-Con remote batteries not working Bathroom sink no plug Bathroom window paint peeling Full ashtray on arrival (we don’t smoke) not so bothered about the cigs more so that if that hadn’t been emptied, what else hadn’t been done? Only one broken coat hanger in wardrobe Wine glasses cracked No tools to clear up - I’m not a clean freak, especially while on holiday but it’s good to have a cloth to wipe down or a brush to have a quick sweep Overall our holiday was marred by our inability to enjoy the patio which was one of the reasons for our choice, but the bed was comfy, the shower adequate and air con highly efficient The company has since apologised and told us they will be improving the facilities for future guests, I hope so.
