The house is composed of 3 floors, with on the ground floor equipped and spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, office and laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the second, 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. (each bathroom has a toilet. The property, in addition to the olive groves, has several large terraces, one of which is covered, overlooking the private swimming pool (6 x 12m) and a small chapel. The olive grove extends over more than 7000m² around the house. This house, ideally located in Tuscany, in the heart of the Florence - Siena - Pisa triangle, backs onto the Berignone nature reserve with a view, in the distance, of Casole d'Elsa. Less than 25 km from Volterra and San Gimignano, the nearby area offers a wide range of cultural and gastronomic activities. Just an hour away from Florence, Siena or Cecina, you can alternate visits to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Italy, and days at the beach.
