Please don`t book here! the rooms are bad and the service even worse. If you speak to the owner he denies everything and is rude to you. They charge you too much for the room, facilities in the room didn`t work. When you take a shower everything gets wet, because there is no curtain. Beds are hard and only partially made when you book with 3 persons. Our son's bed was missing a blanket. No friendly staff. Nothing to do in the area. Dirty smell from a fish restaurant. Etc.etc. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

had a fantastic experience staying at this private villa. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The villa was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had a cozy, peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing.

When you leave a bad review it`s getting removed by Tripadvisor. Why? Service was bad, rooms even worse... The owner is rude, as you also can read in other reviews. The rooms could have an update. Shower is bad everything gets wet, beds are very hard, cooking plate isn't working the way it should and there was no toilet paper. When we called the owner to ask for it he said we have enough toilet paper for our stay. Why should we lie about toilet paper? It wasn't there. His attitude was negative. We paid too much money for this bad experience and he would not compensate us.

An extra cup of coffee at breakfast is too much to asked at this accomodation. Shower was leaking whole night, put all the towels on it. Next day at breakfast i asked for new towels because of what happend. We have to carry them to our room ourselves, that's not service. Also the shower wasn't repared that day, so next night shower was leaking again. Couldnt sleep.

A second coffee or tea with breakfast is already too much to ask at this location. The service seems tired and not enthusiastic. The bottles of mini shampoo in the shower were half full, already used by others. I think this is unacceptable for the price you pay for a room.

They want to make fast money. They have several accommodations but are too busy to spend proper time on them. Facilities in the room only work half way, broken elements in the shower. ( Danger!! ). When you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. The staff isn`t friendly. If you indicate that something isn`t good , they become hostile. They also charge too much for a room because of the conversion from euros to lek. They calculate 1 on 1 , but that isn't right. For that reason you pay more euro`s than necessary. They let you pay in advance. I understand that from their point of view, because if you had to pay afterwards no one would pay the full amount for this bad service. I would like to warn everyone not to book here. Please find another accommodation when you are staying in Vlore!!
