Prado Luxury Hotel

Very expensive!! Ordered sea bass which was one of only 2 fish available on the menu..they said it was out of season. They said the fish was 1.5kg….ill let you decide from the photo. I was charged 170 euro for the fish. I honestly feel like I’ve been robbed. Not only that my husband’s meal came before mine and although I chased it several times the fish only appeared after he had finished. The Aperol spritz I had had that much ice I took some out only to see that if I took all the ice out of would actually be a quarter of a glass full of drink. The food was tasty but the cost left a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately.

This is not a 5 star hotel , not even 1 star for the horrible service. No management at all!! Awful restaurant service extremely expensive. Bad management for the umbrellas.. the guy wants money otherwise you cant have a sun bed even if you go very early

We visited from the US and out of the 6 hotels we stayed during our Albanian Riviera road trip, Prado was the worse experience. The hotel is beautiful but the staff leaves to be desired, starting with the front desk/chek-in all the way to the bartender and waiter at the restaurant. They were not attentive and lacked basic skills. Just stiff and non engaging staff very atypical of a 5 star luxury resort. We opted to have dinner somewhere else due to bad lunch experience at the hotel restaurant. The whole experience was mediocre at best. Thankfully we were only here for 1 night!

I recently stayed at Prado in Albania and was thoroughly impressed. Overall staff provided exceptional, personalised service, making every moment delightful. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated. Dining options were diverse and of high quality. 1 star for the service because of the bartender and the lady at the beach bar. Their rude attitude was unacceptable. They served me the wrong drink and made me pay for both. I requested a Hendrick's gin served with cucumber; however, it was mistakenly served with lemon. It appears the bartender does not adhere to the correct ingredients for preparing drinks.While not a monetary issue, this behaviour is highly disrespectful for a five-star hotel. We requested to speak with a manager, but were told to go to the bar to speak with him. Both the beach bar staff and the manager require proper training.

We just went to the beach bar. The place is very beautiful and nicely designed. The guy at the bar does not know what ingredients go into a cocktail. He has his own recipes from his boss. If you complain, he is really unfriendly. You can’t find any boss to talk to. His shirt also was dirty. Not the quality for a five star hotel’s beach bar. My Pina Colada was made with pineapple juice, a lot of lemon and Bacardi. It tasted awful. The barman discussed with me that it was the real thing and had no sense whatsoever of friendliness and good customer service. Not well-trained at all.

Thank you Prado Luxury Team, we had booked 6 rooms and when we arrived at the hotel, we immediately checked in and for 15 min. we were in our rooms, a big plus. The service at the reception is also exceptional, especially Adela. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and nothing was missing. The room has been cleaned twice a day, free water and wonderful silence. Every member of staff I met, from the baggage staff, maintenance staff, Sauna service, Massage. On the beach they were wonderful: Luli and Arlindi (the young boy). Also in the restaurant to Chef Wilson and his team. At the fish restaurant led by Sokol, Selami, third chef whose name I have forgotten and all the restaurant staff were nice and ready to help. It gives you everything and you feel yourself respected and comfortable. Thank you Prado Luxury Hotel Team, with my experience and with complete certainty, I rate you in the team of 5 stars. For sure, I will recommend you to my colleagues. (I apologize to those whose names I have forgotten, but it is my weakness. Maybe this happens to someone who travels often)

Nice hotel but very far from a 5 star hotel service. The basics of education and hotel industry are not fulfilled at all, starting from the poor breakfast, the not educated front desk until the inability of them to solve problems.

My family travelled to Albania this summer and we stayed at Prado Luxury Hotel for a few nights. The hotel is stunning and the service was excellent. Upon arrival, friendly staff greeted us, led us to check in and helped us with our luggage. The grounds were in great condition and the hotel was beachfront on a beautiful stretch of clear blue water on the Albanian Riviera. The beach was very well organized with a nice bar, a volleyball court, and cushioned beach chairs. The infinity pool featured white marble and padded lounge chairs which were set up nicely under canopies. From there, you could enjoy some quiet moments watching the sun set, after spending the day on the beach. The spa had great amenities, including a Turkish bath, a sauna room, jacuzzi, etc. The hotel had a variety restaurants, including a top grade sushi restaurant. The family suites were large and boasted great amenities and modern features, such as the ability to control the lights, the AC and the curtains from a touchscreen on the wall. It also featured a nice balcony with stunning views of the mountain and the sea. Next time we are in Albania, we hope to return to Prado Luxury Hotel.

We are overwhelmed! My family and I travel a lot and know good hotels around the world. This hotel is undoubtedly one of them - and not just for Albania. If this hotel were in Dubai, it would be fantastic there too! The design is elegant and of high quality down to the last detail, the service is friendly, attentive and urbane. The restaurant offers local specialties (we only eat fish) of the highest standard, freshly caught and perfectly, modern prepared. The beach inclusive the water are indiscribable beautiful, cristalclear and clean. We can only recommend to come here! The negative reviews are not understandable even with a critical eye. Thank you very much for this experience - we will be back!
