Really good, just 10 minutes walk from Sea passengers terminal and in the center of Wisby Really really clean and safe city island, best breakfast

1.酒店的位置很好，可以步行到碼頭和車站，也能步行到鎮上的大部分景點
2.酒店的早餐種類很豐富
3.房間乾淨整潔，窗口望出去就是大海，很美
4.前台工作人員很熱情友好
5.注意酒店是沒有空調的，衹有一個小風扇，也沒有洗衣房

The service was excellent, extremely helpful reception team. An example of the helpfulness, we arrived around 6 AM and I asked about when we could expect to check in to the room in order to plan our day. The unexpected answer was we will clean your room first as soon as the cleaning staff arrives, so around 9:30 we could check in. The customer in center when solving problems instead of hiding behind policies, amazing attitude!

Due to technical issues with the ferry we we're accidentally stuck on the island for an extra day. The staff here did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one and they delivered in spades. Also the breakfast buffet kicked ass and the parking lot was free in a town where parking is quite costly. Nice!

Helpful, attentive staff. They went above and beyond to help us with shopping, site-seeing, and restaurant needs. They tan off maps for us and marked routes, etc. The breakfast was excellent and beds were comfortable.

Die Lage vor der Stadtmauer ist gut, auch die Anzahl der Parkplätze. Es ist schon ein großes Haus mit vielen Gästen und Reisegruppen. Das macht sich auch beim Frühstück bemerkbar. Schon früh war es hier recht voll! Insgesamt war es aber im Hotel angenehm ruhig.
