Hotel Supreme

Took the sea view rooms with probably the most expensive ones they got . We have a very decent stay and was not upto the expectations. They have got excellent locations , the sea view was nice and very good food . I heard they recently changed their chef . The food was very tasty . However there is a great scope for improvement. They were no tooth paste ,No room Slippers, Window Screen did not close,Bathroom water was licking , got old towels , Swimming pool was not that clean , Bathroom exhaust fan not working. Bit slow service. The front Office receptionist and staff need to improve their English. Some of their staffs were well mannered and nice .The hotel can make better and improve. Wishing luck.

Worst experience Worst property,foods are good,location is bad, facilities are good

Very bad experience for us. Hot water was not coming in bathroom and even after several calls to room service they didn't send anyone to check. Also restaurant service is very poor. Complimentary breakfast is worse.

We stayed in sea facing room on the 5th floor. Overall, we are happy with the hotel and it's location. Our best wishes to the entire team for the warm hospitality. South indian breakfast is excellent. But, it should provide changes and cater to wide segment of customer staying at the hotel, especially with long duration.

room smell was terrific...and are everywhere...and the eminities are not there...staf r not co operative...when I talk the manager about all these things...and I paid full amount for three days...but I stayed only one night ...there is not as good as picture . it's horrible experience to me

Very very poor service, all time smell come, staff is also not co-operate, room is too small, no dustbin no hot water
