I travel-led for business purpose and got the reference from mmt. The location is excellent. The rooms size are good for solo travellers. Those who prefers variety of foods then this hotel wont be a good choice, as they have same menu more or less every day. Floors and toilets are clean but linens changing post guests check out can be taken care. Tea coffee maker is available only on request.

Stay at this hotel was a nightmare, it was horrible. Middle aged *** receptionist was rude for no reason, may be towards north indians they are little cold and inhumane. No body offered to help my senior citizen mother for luggage, i was already carrying two bags to keep in cab and no staff or waiter came forward to help. Eventually the cab driver was kind enough to help. Breakfast spread is horrible and the staff there has no idea about hospitality and customer service. Water leakage everywhere in the hotel. Bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty. Overall pols save your money and book some other hotel im vizag.

The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are very very cozy and beautifully arranged. The staff is very polite and provide fast service. The food is very very tasty and the complementary meals are very affordable. The hotel and stay was overall excellent. I would definitely visit again. 🥰

Poorly maintained, poor housekeeping food. Bad smell from pillows, washrooms. No food choice for map. Little options in breakfast.

You are charging 4400 for a hotel which locally costs 2500 to customer, hotel is leaking water everywhere, the breakfast place is a mess, room will have big mosquitoes. Whole hotel smelling like a public toilet

The cleanliness and staff behaviour was really upto the mark. Everything was neat and clean and even everyday they changed the bed sheets, soaps and all. The staffs responded on call always. The restaurant was also very good. The only thing i noticed was that few of those written in amenities is not present, like the electric kettle, ironing board, etc.

I had a stay for 8days and every single day for breakfast half the major items were missing before the timing could get over. The hotel was good but the management and a bit maintenance is needed.
