Magique, personnels souriants et aux petits soins pour le client.
Très belle chambre, propre Très bien équipée. Flûte de champagne à l' arrivée, petits bonbons pffert en chambre et encore une délicate attention au départ.Le spa est très bien, propre, piscine, sauna, hammam et possibilité de faire des soins.Le restaurant, que dire, exceptionnel, raffiné, surprenant, un vrai délice. Séjour magique.

We came to the Hostellerie Briqueterie after a very long drive. We were exhausted and my husband was not feeling well. While he napped, I explored the beautiful grounds. I had no idea what a beautiful spot this is. The gardens, fountains, views are all magnificent. Our room, 202, was simply beautiful. It fit with the surroundings - lush and restful. I stopped in to see the lovely spa which, unfortunately I did not have a reservation for. I got a call later that afternoon. They open at 10 in the morning and they were fully booked. But if I would come in at 9:30 they'd be happy to give me a short massage. They certainly didn't have to do that, go above and beyond when they were closed, but they did. It was wonderful! Breakfast was glorious and delicious too.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Briquetterie. The hotel is beautiful, light and airy with glass and wood enabling you to take in the beauty of the surroundings, and a tastefully decorated room which was calming and relaxing and had everything you could possibly need. The gym, hot tub and swimming pool are also lovely. We stayed in a terrace room and it was a delight to wake up and have a beautiful breakfast overlooking the garden with the sun coming up. The room service breakfasts are highly recommended! We enjoyed the eggs, salmon, bacon, delicious pastries and fruit salad with gorgeous coffee. We also highly recommend the stunning restaurant - we had a 5 course surprise menu which was so much fun and absolutely delicious. The view from here across the fountains and extensive grounds is an absolute pleasure to experience. The staff cannot be faulted - professional, friendly, and from the first email to leaving could not do enough for us, attending efficiently and positively to our every request. They were kind and humorous with our little girl. We loved our night caps in the bar and our little girl loved the kids club complete with retro gaming machine, lots of games and a great colouring set. The hotel is immaculately tidy and so well maintained. We loved our walks in the pretty grounds and through the herb garden. We just didn’t want to leave and have made wonderful memories! I would advise that you ensure you make your dining reservations immediately upon booking as it’s quite deservedly popular and you may not get in if you wait till arrival. We had lunches and then enjoyed snacks in the evening. Don’t hesitate to book! Thank you to Hotel Briqueterie from The L family!

Very Charming Hotel and beautiful renovation! Very closed to Epernay where it’s possible to visit and taste the Extraordinary Champagne!. We appreciate the expresso machine in the room and the Madeleines! The service at the bar and at the restaurant by the Team was professional and very friendly. The Dimmer on Sunday night was outstanding … A big Thank you so to the Chef 👏👏👏👏👏👏 A dinner to remember! Do not miss to book a treatment at the Spa, Aline is an excellent therapist…….😘 My facial was outstanding! she is definitely a great Asset for your Hotel. Do not miss this place … 😘

Great small hotel with everything that you may need to spend a few days in the countryside. The location is perfect althought you will need a car to move around. The hotel has an excellent bar and a tantastic restaurant. The service is excellent and makes you feel at home. Everything looks fully renovated with top quality furniture and installations. It is an appropiate place to go with kids as they have a magic room, extra beds, tall chairs...

Looking for a bed to sleep? Perfect. If you are looking for a good place to stay and enjoy some time, don’t book it. Never had such an expensive tosti a 25 euro. Charcuterie and cheese were the ones from the terrible breakfast. 17 euro for 3 Pieces old cheese and 19 euro for 3 pieces of ham. No one is listening so feedback is waste of time. The only guy who was friendly was the one that kept smiling even when helping with the luggage. It was a disaster! We are very familiar with relais chateaux and LHW hotels but this was nine or even close to one of them. Really waste of our money.

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit the Champagne region. The hotel is ideally situated just south of Epernay and in close proximity of the Champagne vineyards. The welcome in the hotel was very warm. Our room was spacious and offered all the comfort we needed. The staff was extremely friedly and helpfull. We ate twice at the hotel, once in the Bistro formula and once in the gastronomy formula. Both diners were excellent. The hotel also has a spa and my wife enjoyed the spa experience very much. So we recommend the hotel if you are staying in the area.

We booked at your hotel because it has 5 stars. We would have liked to have eaten in the restaurant as well, but after booking we found out that this was not possible. At the time we found that very regrettable. The reception was very customer-friendly and the glass of champagne we were offered made us feel very welcome. The rooms and atmosphere of the hotel, on the other hand, was immediately disappointing. Cheap finishing of floors, furniture as well as the bathrooms and hotel rooms have a refurbished and painted 80s look. The ‘spa’ and swimming pool is already no different. Broken thermopane windows, rust on the floors and stains in the cushions. When we then decide, since we could not dine, to have an aperitif with a small snack in the bar, our disappointment is complete. The menu put it beautifully; ‘a selection of regional meats’ and ‘pallet of various cheeses’. In reality, we got an uninspiring plate with a few pieces of meat and a plate of cheese. 5 stars? In the end, with this level, we were glad not to have eaten in the restaurant. We have stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world and unfortunately we cannot but conclude that your hotel is not worthy of this rating.
