Radisson Collection Astorija Hotel, Vilnius anmeldelser

We have a sauna in the room but it just doesn't work, it's 25C after 1 hour of setting up by the staff. Great facility but bad operation.

Disappointed! The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great, but the housekeeping was below standards. The room floor was not clean each time after house keeping. The amenities were not refilled consistently. We are a family with two kids but they only give us 2 bath towels each day even after reminders. Only 1 bottled water each day , other hotels of the same stars would be much more considerate. I guess you just need to keep calling housekeeping everyday to get things done , but with kids we are just too busy to do that work for the management.

Very disappointing as a 5-star hotel. Spider in the bathroom and tea stains on the cup. All staff apart from the one whom I met at check-in were not professional nor friendly. Very regrettable experience.
