There is a safe box builder into the guest closet with a key to protect your valuables and keep them safe. Washer/dryer closet inside. A 2 car garage also accommodates the gas powered golf cart. Gas powered Yamaha golf cart provided courtesy of the landlord is included.Pets: We only allow less then 20 lbs small-medium size dogs for a pet fee $150. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets (hair, poo, etc.). Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the lanai, garage, or yard.
