The villa is located in a quiet area just 10 minutes from the centre of Avignon. It's all on one level - easy access for everyone - and you won't be overlooked. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, or during the Avignon theatre festival! As for parking, you can park your vehicle inside the property, and there is another space just outside the gate, as well as two spaces reserved for visitors in the street around the property. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge. A washer-dryer, freezer and griddle are located in the adjoining utility room.
