This beautiful villa welcomes 6 guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. The perfect exterior of this villa is prepared to enjoy with all your companions the tranquillity of the nature of Mallorca. With a chlorine pool measuring 8x4 metres and a depth of 2 metres, it is ideal for a refreshing swim in the hot summer. The swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept lawn where you will find sun loungers where you can sunbathe. Next to the porch you will find the barbecue where you can prepare dinner outdoors thanks to the tables and chairs provided in the porch. In the rustic interior of the villa, distributed over 2 floors, there is a living room with a large sofa where you can relax during the afternoon. The ceramic hob kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay, has a table where you can eat with your companions. To complete the ground floor, there is the first bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The exteriors are lovely. You can cool off in the chlorinated 8 x 4 m pool (with 1.6 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.9 m at deep end). There is a small garden, a terrace with deck-chairs, and a small fully-furnished porch of 14 m2 where you can spend great evenings with family and friends. The 200 m2 two-storey house has 4 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bathtub; and 3 on the 1st floor (2 with 2 single beds, and en suite bathroom, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub, and 1 with 2 single beds and wardrobe. All of them have air conditioning. There is availability for 1 baby cot. In addition to the en suite bathrooms, the house has 1 toilet in the ground floor. The living-dining room is very cosy, with 2 sofas, TV-Sat, 1 fireplace, a table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and vitro, has everything you need to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Moreover, its energy source is ecological, as it is obtained through aerothermal energy. Cala Sant Vicenç is a very charming place as it is a quiet area, with the sea and the mountains nearby.
