This house is built at an elevation of 40 feet above sea level with ocean views from every room. The deck, balcony, covered porch and all rooms are above the tree line to catch the breezes and for fabulous views of Clarence Town Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. Three cays (islands) situated between our beach and the Atlantic Ocean stop large waves and provide us with a gently sloping, sandy beach free of currents and undertows. The calm water and long beach make this a classic. Lochabar 'Blue Hole' is a short walk on the beach. This is a perfect place for a peaceful, secluded, sunny and quiet getaway, yet only 3-4 minutes from bars & restaurants.Our home and accommodations have much to offer. Our gated driveway will lead you to the house we built as our private vacation home. It is well maintained and extra clean. It features 3 full size bedrooms, each with A/C, ceiling fans, queen size beds, and private en-suite bathrooms.
