We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cactus. Beautiful views and a very peaceful location. Terry and the staff are very accommodating and breakfast was delicious! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was very cool with SW decor. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The cozy cactus was perfect in every way. The rooms were. Immaculate. The view was absolutely breath-taking. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They provide for your every need. They have delicious homemade muffins, homemade frittatas, and homemade granola if you choose a yogurt parfait for your breakfast. Plus they provide complimentary homemade salsa. We will be back again and again. Truly a memorable stay. The perfect B&B. AAAAAAA+++++++

This was our second time to stay at the Cozy Cactus in Sedona. We stayed there 14 years ago and had such a positive experience, we chose to repeat the same location. We were not disappointed. The grounds back up to Bell Rock so you can take a leisurely hike from your room or sit on the quiet patio and savor the beauty. Our room was extremely well furnished, clean with amazingly comfortable furniture and bedding. The owners and staff are accommodating to your needs 24/7. We highly recommend Cozy Cactus.

Not enough words to express how wonderful our place was and how attentive and thoughtful the staff were! Full kitchen, charming decor - everything you could possibly need plus AMAZING views from the patio! We will definitely be back! Beautiful!

great place to stay while in Sedona. they offer a few furnished rooms, kitchens and family rooms which we enjoyed as a family as compared to being in a sterile hotel. Owner was kind and helpful. They have great views of Bell Rock mountain right outside your back door. I'd go back.

We can't say enough great things about Cozy Cactus! We spent a weekend in Sedona for my husband's birthday and we were impressed the moment we arrived. The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the touch of small snacks and bottle of wine. Did I mention there's trails right our the back door! After getting situated and enjoying the amazing views from our balcony, we met Natalie in the community kitchen, where she had just finished the amazing muffins and frittatas that are served for breakfast. She gave us great hiking recommendations and was super hospitable. Later, she delivered our breakfast and surprised us with some chips and homemade salsa (amazing!). It was so peaceful our entire stay, and the view of the stars at night was amazing! I did not want to leave, but I do know that when we come back, there is no doubt that we will be staying with Cozy Cactus again! Thank you for a wonderful experience ❤️

Really enjoyed the Cozy Cactus for the 3 nights we were in Sedona. Terry and the Cozy Team were consummate hosts, thoughtfully providing everything needed for a comfortable stay at a location with truly amazing views. We were very pleased to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Vortex Vista to the Court House. Breakfast and the afternoon chips & salsa were home-made and delicious. We hiked the Little Horse Trail to Chicken Point one day and did the Devil's Bridge hike from the Mescal Trailhead the next. Both hikes were fantastic (bring 2 bottles of water and take electrolytes). We will definitely be back! Marc & Jenny

We stayed for the second time in this wonderful B&B, with its great room, good breakfast, big terrace and magnificent views on the red rock area. Because of the kind and welcoming owners, the feeling you get to be really appreciated as a guest, it is sad to leave, but life goes on. We wil certainly cherish the wonderful memories!

This home has a nice quiet location but close to everything. We loved everything abt the house. Beautifully decorated, bumper pool, cozy gas fire pits with plenty of blankets! Star gazing was amazing! Terri was so friendly and helpful with restaurant selections and hiking directions. Hope to come back here some time soon!
