Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar with four upholstered barstools, and a dining room table with seating for four. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, plus a coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee duo. All with beautiful views of the lake. Living Room The living room features two custom couches, one being a sleeper sofa, end tables, a coffee table, flat screen TV, and a sliding glass wall of windows opening to the screened in balcony. Master Suite The master suite features a large king-sized upholstered bed, dresser, nightstands, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake, and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The master bathroom features a tile shower and single vanity sink. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, closet and flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a single vanity sink as well. Outside Out on the screened in balcony you will find a beautiful patio table with seating for four. The old fire pit has been converted so that it can hold ice and cold beverages for entertaining. The front patio area has a glass top patio table, and a gas BBQ grill. Dock There is a swim platform for swimming in the lake down at the community dock. Neighborhood Description The Regatta Bay complex offers access to two pools, a tennis/pickleball court, and a swim dock. This complex is conveniently located on the popular Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Strip, Osage Beach, Baxter’s, Shady Gators, Dock Knockers, JB Hooks, go-kart racing, boat rentals and so much more. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
