This hotel is not a hilton but hellton hotel Staff are good managers has total problems such as. what they problems, why guests are complaining same issue (for giving new towel it took a3 hours. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However managers are can not speak English well. They never say sorry to the guest who were complaining. I saw two different lady managers who does not know what they problems. But staff who work on front desk and bell service were great...

This hotel is in Gaia area of Porto which is looking across the old town of the main attractions. It is easy to start the day from this location. The breakfast is the best and the rooms are quite spacious and clean. Really recommend.

Spacious room with excellent cleanliness and in a quiet location. Although it’s a bit of a walk to São Bento Station, the peacefulness and lack of crowds made it a perfect choice. For a 5-star hotel, the price was very reasonable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was fantastic. The fitness center equipment was in great condition, and the staff at reception promptly handled all my requests. My room’s housekeeper was also truly exceptional. Without a doubt, I’ll stay here again the next time I visit Porto.

Staff at check in double charged us our room fees that has been already paid. Our credit cards were asked for the purpose of deposit only though a mistake was made but was not communicate to us by the staff but only found out via credit card notification. I’m a Portuguese native speaker. It was a USD 1000+ charge on the card…

Hilton Porto Gaia has the chic design. The room size is spacious and the shower stall size is enough to fit for 6 people. I really like this hotel because the location of the hotel is super closed to the winery street in Gaia Porto. And with only 10 minutes of walk, you can walk to the famous Ponte Luis Bridge. It was my birthday when I stayed this hotel and Hilton has offered me a free bottle of champagne and free cake. And this is a big Plus for me cuz usually in Europe they will not offer this and they will not offer too many amenities. But this hotel offers everything!!!

This is a nice hotel centrally located. The location is a huge plus. The rooms are very spacious ( I was able to do yoga in them !) There is also a 24 hour gym which seemed nice ( though I didn’t end up using it. The rooms are a little dark though - in contrast to the bright 3 star I was in in Madrid after. I do feel as though big chains like this lack the personal touchas well. The breakfast was amazing - one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had and friendly service.
