Hyatt Place Vijayawada

We had a pleasant stay , Sarboni , Subash, Sanjana, Pamela were very supportive and kids friendly. All of them ensured we had a good experience. It a new property pls start the pool service soon as it’s summers and kids would love to spend time in the pool.

A special thanks to Sanjana, who was proactive and polite and a true hospitality professional . Would like to Thank Basha & Laxman who went out of their way to make my experience a great one and ensured that I leave satisfied ! I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Vijayawada and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations — especially for a brand like Hyatt. The property carries a persistent foul smell, from the basement all the way up to the rooms and corridors. The bathrooms were untidy and had a strong unpleasant odor, and the towels provided were old and unclean. Despite booking a double occupancy room, amenities were provided only for one person. The front office staff were unprofessional, untrained, and completely indifferent to guest concerns. They were unable to answer basic questions about the property, did not assist with luggage, and their grooming standards were extremely poor. On multiple occasions, staff were seen arguing and speaking loudly in the local language right in front of guests, making the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Security was another serious concern — the guard was clueless and I did not feel safe or secure throughout my stay. The hotel was poorly lit both inside and out, with lights often turned off even during the day, creating a dark and gloomy atmosphere. Parking was a nightmare and overall cleanliness was consistently lacking — dirty linens with stains were used on the beds. I am disappointed and saddened to see such poor standards associated with the Hyatt name. I hope the management takes serious note and initiates immediate improvements.

Food was average quality. Service is very poor. No courtesy. Servers are not removing used plates.Restaurent charges very high for buffet and concentrating on serving food for thali customers and not have any respect for buffet customers! No Napkins also!

Front desk was cooperative and gave an early check in. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good spread in the breakfast as well as the dinner. Special mention to sanjana for her hospitality. Overall a nice stay which is worth repeating again.

I have stayed in multiple Hyatt properties but this one didn't met my expectations at all. The room alloted was not good, no tissue paper in bathroom, dustbin inside the room was dirty, room service was lazy, even after calling 3 times for plates to be delivered to room, it never arrived. This is not at all what Hyatt is all about. Really disappointed. While checkout the informed all of the above to Ajay.
