Location is good, right in the centre and near lots of things. The pool was nice too. The room was spacious, however it was not clean, and the breakfast was very average.

Good hotel at the Vientiane city center. Near the morning market, Vientiane city center and Parkson. Very near to the night market.

Nice hotel located in the center. Second floor room was a little bit noisy from the A/C in the night. Then we moved to an upper floor and it was nice. Staff friendly and good breakfast

The location is nearby central bus station and a lot of places to visit. Good service and good places to stay

Hotel is on a great location in city center. Service was correct. Bedsheets were not so clean and the pillow stinks. Swimming pool was good. I took a massage in hotel and it was average, however room for massage was very ugly and that contribute to the experience. Breakfast buffet was good, many choices and good food. Overall not bad for the room price.

Everything was good considering the price of the hotel however the cleaning staff were very loud and extremely annoying at the early hours of the morning. Minibar price list on the fridge but zero items inside. Breakfast was decent. Probably should educate your staff on common courtesy or simply tell them to STFU when guests are trying to sleep. (8AM: Yelling to other cleaning staff way across the hallways that guests have not left their rooms yet is simply not on)

Another great time at this hotel! Close to the local markets and shopping malls. This is our 4th time booking this hotel and it’s been great every time. We will definitely be back again!

Good location, shower head was broken. Got offered another room and when the service desk person opened the room for next room for us to move into, there was someone already staying in there 😂 definitely need to work on their systems. However clean and good location
