Both the head light bulbs were dead and they had not been replaced, so I could not read in bed. This happened regularly. The television set could not receive channel One-31. I could not manage the television set myself. I had to call the front desk staff to tune the television. The first one came up to have a look and could not solve the problem. The second one came up and spent about 15 minutes to fix it.

Good hotel. The service and location were great! The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. They responded quickly and fixed anything we needed quickly as well. The surrounding food was amazing and many options to choose from. We will definitely be back.

Toilet is crazily dirty. When first time entered the room, the smell is bad. When checked toilet, a lot of tiny black animals/insects (I don’t know how to call) are on the ground. I asked to receptionist for cleaning. Even they came and cleaned, just 10 min, a lot of that black animals are appeared. So dirty!!!! Others like amenities, cleaning of toilet and room are very bad. The wires of given dryer had broken and damaged, not safety at all to use. They gave slippers that already used. Terrible experience with high price, not recommended. This hotel is only good for location. However, with that price, you can find any hotels in Vientiane.

Arrived at Vientiane Airport and took the Green bus to the main bus terminal '' last stop'' 5 minutes walk to the Hotel. Pay for what you get, found the Reception very friendly and helpful, the room was average? but the bed was very comfortable. In the morning had a free breakfast, which I didn't know about. Location was fantastic and indoor morning market opposite was very big and plenty to buy. I would come back and stay at this Hotel again.

The counter staffs r friendly n helpful.The environment of the hotel r quite..It's near to the shopping center n bus interchange.Very convenient.

In 6 weeks of travel this is the most comfortable bed Staff frendly Location close to food and shopping Inside room no window has good ventilation system This note was a pleasant surprise very nice.

Got late check out confirmed during booking but reception tried to tell me it's not possible. If they don't wanna give they should take out this option. The person who's managing the reservations is responsible for his mistakes and it should not be necessary to upset the customers by refusing confirmed services. In the end got the promised check out at 2pm. On top of this i got a room which wasn't cleaned yet, went down, got another room, went up second time and got another one that's not clean yet. In general the rooms are ok, except there's still some long hair lying around, but the service is terrible and very unprofessional. Air-conditioning is quite noisy too. Finally the next day someone came knocking on my door before noon to tell me to check out at 12, while the late check out was already confirmed after the problem at reception on check in. One error after another. Never again.

Good priced hotel-apartment surrounded by local food and stores.

Opposite Talat Sao Mall. A short walk to Patuxay (monument), Vientiane Bus Station, Vientiane Center and the newly opened Parkson. Room has a window and it’s large with bed head lights both sides. When I switch off the light, the little light on the switch is on so I know that switch is off. This will avoid the case that instead of turning off the last light, I turn on the room light and will wake my spouse up. Room is old, bed sheets are old and there are wear and tear furnitures but very convenient to stay. The decoration style is bright and cheerful and I love it.

Room was spacious and clean. Was a bit of a walk to restaurants and shops. Air con was quite loud.

Quite nice in all especially location is easy to approach to independent victory gate But it was hard to ask help because service crew was not always standby at lobby. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Bad experience. The water supply was intermittent only - had to struggle a lot to flash the toilet. Lots of mosquito as well. No breakfast but served some instant coffee, orange juice and some bread.
