Good location if you are Chinese. Its located at the Chinese dominant business area, San Jiang area. Full with Chinese restaurants at the Main Street.From the hotel walking to Main Street, less than 100m, 3-4 massage spots.  Room a bit smelly due to ageing. Open the window and let the air run will be fine.

The pool was not available, all the restaurants and stores around don't accept credit card but only cash yuan, everything is chinese, nobody speaks any english at all. The room was ok, quite broken but clean and comfortable nonetheless

This hotel is a bit old and no hot water available. They only provide paper towels the one in the plastic bags for showers and face towels. No swimming is available even though there is swimming pool. Overall it’s still good to stay for a short time. Thank you for the experiences

Good place to be if you just want to stay near the airport, not much going on around and have to walk a while to get to a shop

It’s not in a good neighborhood. TV in a room did not work. The lobby smells like cigarettes. The elevator stop working and the sink water and toilet bowl water stopped working because the lights went out. All towels , pillowcases, bed sheet, blanket are all disposable fabrics. The service was poor. They did not provide me a airport shuttle or car to pick me up.

Hotel not clean, and not close to anything apart from airport. Room smells bad because smoking is allowed. Not bad if you want a night close to airport but not good if you want to be close to the town.

The hotel once looked nice now requires maintenance. Outer walls are all in mold. Smoking is allowed in rooms, so it smells nasty. People smoke in corridors and in elevators, and there are no vents. Neither in the elevator nor in your room. Not even in the bathroom. A bathroom of the room I had didn't have a door. A floor didn't have inclination, so when you shower, all the floors are getting wet, and this water stays until it evaporates. Towels are so old that some have holes. Since there is no ventilatio, the room is very wet and (apart from cigarette smoke) smells of moisture. Light doesn't work i the bathroom as well. The nice thing is that rooms are relatively cold, I used an aircon only for dehumidification. Rooms are cold, walls are cold, and there is even condensed water on the plints and walls. Shampoo doesn't foam, the internet is slow, and there is no room service (No one came to ask to make the room up for 5 days). And water is by request. Additionally, they put cards with sex service through the gap under your door. Seems that it's a part of the hotel's business.

It was great sleeping at this hotel. Everything here is very perfect and the receptionist and the people here are always willing to help you book a taxi or do everything as soon as you ask them.

As for customer service is excellent. Facility is not quite ready for customers, hopefully in the near future .like advertised as seen online, rooms is smelling so bad.
