The breakfast is tasty but lacks variety. The location is convenient, as it is close to a shopping mall. However, the elevator service is insufficient for the number of guests. Many Chinese tourists staying at the hotel showed poor etiquette, smoking in non-smoking areas and causing the entire hotel to smell unpleasant. On the other hand, some guests were polite and respectful, adhering to universal manners. The reception staff provided good service, which was a positive highlight of the stay.

No one at the reception desk speaks English. It took 45 minutes trying to find where to park my car. There aren't any signs anywhere for directions. The buffet breakfast is a joke.
