Very clean roomy place with cooking facilities. All amenities were there. Friendly helpful staff. Good location for transport supermarket's etc

The unit is clean, good location and security. Easy to access to tourist attractions. The washing machine and dryer are located at ground floor.

The interior is just like what you see in the pictures. It’s spacious, new, clean and well equipped. The supermarkets are nearby with a lot of choices. Google map directs us to walk 8 mins from the central station to take tram 1 to reach the hotel but actually there’s tram 1 in the train station. It’s not so far away from the city and main attraction. My mum cooked delicious Chinese food for me during our stay there. Be mindful that there’s no seasonings or oils in the kitchen, but you can get them from the supermarket.

Very good location. Next to tram No. 1 station. Right next to a Lidl as well. Free laundry as well (you have to bring your own detergents). See the photo. Free water and coffee machine usage. Good price. Goos service. Couldn't ask for more.

The room is very clean, there's everything you might need. The sofa bed was pretty comfy. There's laundry room, you can use the washing machines, the only problem is that the cleaning stuff uses same washing machines to wash the mops...

Citadines Vienna is a newly refurbished Aparthotel. The lobby is nice as warm decorations and also provides free coffee which is a happy news to all coffe lovers As for the room, it’s quite spacious and best about the room is the kitchen, fully equipped kitchen which is a very good helpful to tourist that occasionally like to have own cooked food Overall rating - 8.5 and I do recommend to the family that plan to visit Vienna

Location was close to public transportation staff was very nice and friendly but guests should know that service desk is available only from 8am till 8pm other than that you have to call emergency number and also note that you should have a mobile to call service desk or emergency as rooms don't have phones cleanliness was excellent room was loaded by kitchen staff so you don't have to bring anything with you

We stayed at this appart hotel for two days and we loved it. The space was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The laundry washing area was also very convenient and easy to use. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Great! Recommended for its location.

We were very surprised after we checked in. The room is bigger than we expeccted and in very good condition. Very clean and the bed is big enough to sleep 3 adult. Small cooktop but work very well. Tram stop just behind the hotel, only 10 minute ride to city center. Very good vale with what we paid.
