Decent location with tram to the city centre within 100m of the front door. Cleanliness was generally great, with clean linen, towels, etc. The kitchen was very well kept, as well. The only issue was the floors throughout the place could do with a more thorough clean between customers, as it was a bit on the dusty side. The coffee machine uses ‘pro’ pads that can’t be bought in shops, so you have to buy them From the vending machine in the lounge… unfortunately the vending machine was out of order/misconfigured. There is an electric kettle, though which means instant coffee is an option. Overall, great value for money!

LOCATION IS NICE

Довольно большой номер на троих человек был. С отдельным санузлом и гардеробной. За окном ездили трамваи , но их не прям сильно было слышно. Были в декабре - в номере было тепло, можно самим устанавливать температуру в батареях.

房內面積很大，獨立隔離陽台，有配咖啡機，沙發床，廚具餐具都有，乾淨環境，很安靜，房內無異味，即使在屋內自行煮，也能將前後窗打開對流，很快就散味

El apartamento muy grande y las instalaciones buenas. El Tram 1 en la puerta y llegabas en nada al centro. Lo recomiendo.

It's free contact hotel. Reception doesn't exist. All instructions and explanations through messages. The explanations are very clear. Breakfast, which is arranged with the restaurant that is 5 minutes' walk away, is good, nothing more than that. Please note that there is no room service during your stay. Changing towels and removing garbage is required to be done by yourself. Towels can be taken in the lounge which is located on the entrance floor. On the nursery floor there is a luggage room where you can leave them before check-in or after check-out. It is very easy to get to the city center using tram number 1. Please note, the hotel is located in an area full of reservoirs from all over the world and the atmosphere is not the most pleasant or safe, especially in the evening.
