Excellent hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff . Room was clean and comfortable, restaurant food very good. The breakfast was nice fresh food, lovely bread and croissants

We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours. Location is great for seeing old town Vienna. Importantly, the hotel provided a taxi booking for a 4 AM departure to the airport. The staff were very helpful. This is a classic old-style hotel with character. We enjoyed the short time we had there.

excellent location, with atmosphere of affection for the past, this hotel is worth for stay when you visit Vienna. but the food of the restaurant in the hotel are so so.

Decent hotel at a great location. 4 mins walk from Schottentor station and the Straßebahn. You can also walk to most touristy locations. You do pay a lot for the location though. My room was super tiny and the bed wasn’t the best. The breakfast is mediocre though…. I was very disappointed by how tiny the selection is. Do NOT pay for breakfast. It’s not worth it at all and there are plenty of places you can go to nearby. If I come back to Vienna, I wouldn’t book this hotel again. It was way too expensive for what you get. Again, you pay for the location.

Liked every single thing about my stay. The location is just perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a family room 2 adults and 2 kids, 22m2 for the year end celebrations in Trip.com. Got a couples room, 1 double bed, 16m2. After, an exchange of blame, they finally agreed to add a 1-person sofa. We stayed crammed in a small dark room for 2 nights. Staff mostly friendly but clearly understaffed. Having to queue for long everytime we needed to talk to the reception. It was crowded Everytime we passed by. Good location, within 20min walk from all the central activities and celebration 🍾 so we didn't worry about the time we had to go back.

Feels old inside. No real lobby (just a small room), breakfast was just manageable, but I liked the location. beautiful church and open area near hotel, metro station is very near… very convenient. Overall satisfactory !

Clean and tidy

The hotel located near the beautiful cathedral and supermarket. Also, there is a nearby transportation tram metro and bus super convenient. However, it is near city centre which u can walk to many attractions from the hotel.

Great location. Nice breakfast. Good airconditioning.

Хотела написать по выезду хороший отзыв об отеле, но столкнулась с мошеничеством и воровством в отеле. Даты проживания с 31 декабря по 3 января, необходимое условие заселения и выдачи ключей от номера: депозит 10 евро за ночь за минибар. Так как кредитные карты у россиян в Европе не работают, оставила 30 евро наличными. Никакой квитанции мне не дали, полагая что не дали бы ключ от номера, если бы не оставила депозит.  Мне дали ключ от номера. При выезде в 3 ночи 3 января попросила вернуть депозит и сотрудник не увидел в системе информацию о депозите. Делаю вывод, что сотрудник, который выдавал ключ от номера, забрал деньги себе, нарушил закон о том, что после внесения денег в кассу отеля гостю необходимо выдать чек. Деньги так и не вернули. Надеюсь, что старейшая семья Европы Kremslehner, которая владеет этим отелем, не обогащается депозитами гостей и сотрудники найдут способ мне вернуть деньги.  I wanted to write a good review of the hotel after leaving, but I encountered fraud and theft at the hotel. The dates of stay were from December 31 to January 3, a necessary condition for checking in and receiving room keys: a deposit of 10 euros per night for the minibar. Since credit cards do not work for Russians in Europe, I left 30 euros in cash. They did not give me any receipt, thinking that they would not have given me the room key if I had not left a deposit. They gave me the room key. When checking out at 3 a.m. on January 3, she asked for a refund of the deposit and the employee did not see the deposit information in the system. I conclude that the employee who gave out the room key took the money for himself, violated the law that after depositing money at the hotel's cash desk, the guest must be given a check. The money was never returned. I hope that Europe's oldest Kremslehner family, which owns this hotel, does not enrich itself with guest deposits and the staff will find a way to return the money to me.

這家酒店坐落在市中心，位置很好，交通非常方便走2分鐘就到了地鐵站和有軌電車站可以到達市區任何地方，酒店有100多年歷史，很有懷舊的感覺酒店的早餐也不錯，只是華人可能有點不習慣，因為是冷食為主也沒有烤麪包爐。房間雖然不大，但是設計的格局很好，服務人員也非常熱情，總而言之是一次很好的入住體驗，以後有機會還會去住。

Отель находится в отличном месте, самый центр, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Расстроил момент, что в день заезда дали очень маленькую комнату с видом на стену. На следующий день комнату поменяли на большую и светлую с видом на костел. Но осадок остался. Завтрак обычный, без изысков, но выбор есть. Прикрепила фото вид из окна уже поменянной хорошей комнаты.

同等價位跟國內肯定沒得比，勉強對付幾晚，反正就是睡一覺。
