The staffs of the hotel are very warm, friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the train station that has a direct line to the airport, and is also very close to the Belvedere Palace and the botanic garden. The neighbourhood is also very safe and convenient, it has lovely restaurants and a DM, and supermarket is also onoy a few-minute walk away. The room is very spacious, well-designed and well-equipped. It has plenty of storage and wardrobe space, and every piece of furnitures are of great quality. The bathroom is especially great, well-designed, good ambience and with good quality bathtubs, shower heads, toilet and tiles. It really feels like home. The room is also very quiet, which made our stay very comfortable. The only major flaw is the old and not up-to-standard hair dryer, which was disappointing. The mattress can also be improved, as it also feels old.

Location is good. Just 5 mins from train station. The room is big and well equipped. Value for money.

Olde world look with modern amenities. Good price for the location & quality amenities - easy walk to Rennweg station (for the airport) & Belvedere palace & tram just down the street to get into the old town & Rathouse. Good location for getting to all the Christmas markets (get a 24 hr transport pass from the train station). Only issue was that the room was super hot. They sent someone to look at it & it was better the second night but could have been cooler.

Good location and breakfast. Have connecting rooms for family. Beautiful hotel. Convenient to take tram to city centre. Have lots of restaurants n cafes nearby.

Perfect location, especially easy access to the Vienna airport which takes only 20 minutes. Walking distance to the city centre. Big rooms with spacious toilet, and perfect room temperature. Very friendly staff both at the reception and room service( shoutout to the kind Bulgarian lady for our room service) Delicious varied breakfast buffet! The only things that could improve is the gym equipment, a few weights and/or kettlebells would be a lot more helpful. Also, adding a separate bin for papers in the rooms helps with recycling. Overall, I totally recommend this hotel

Everything is good except the temperature in the room is too cold and that was the maximum warm but at least they offer me an extra blankets.

I chose this hotel more by accident than planning but I was so very pleased when we arrived. The location is great as it is within short walks to busses, trams and trains. The receptionists are super helpful to explain how to get to different places.  Our room was a fantastic size with a super comfortable bed.  The bathroom was lovey and warm and had everything we needed.  I love the fact the hotel works towards being eco friendly and we chose not to have a daily clean to help with this.  I would highly recommend anyone to book a stay here. We’ll certainly come back.

Everything in this hotel was very clean! If I visit Vienna again, definitely stay here.
