The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. There are quite a lot of Asian food around. The room is clean, especially the toilet.

I've booked a room with a balcony, but received a different suite (bedroom+living room). The suite was nice. The location was literally 1 min walk from the subway station exit. Very nice.

The location of the hotel is great. Our room was given to someone else so they gave us a bigger room. There is a lot of car noise from outside when you open the window. The hotel is right at the metro exit.

I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights for a business meeting in June 2024, and it was most terrible experience for me in Vienna ever. They did not clean bathroom for 10 days, never changed bed sheets in 13 days, didn’t collect garbage for first 3 days and didn’t cleaned coffee cups for 4 days.. i use to got out for meetings from 8 am to return at 7pm and would get so annoyed seeing my room like this. I complained at reception and to the manger 4 times. Only a guy at reception Ejaaz, helped me once and came to my room to collect garbage himself: the ladies at reception were very rude. I even asked what is the standard procedure for cleaning, and they said it’s done everyday automatically. But on 10th day when complained for 4th time, the lady at reception told me you to inform at reception that you need room cleaning or hang a tag, which was never available in my room. Overall I believe this hotel does not deserve 4 stars.

No AC and Front Desk Agent suggested to open the window. Which is too much dust coming inside the room.

this hotel is a king rubbish. I booked two rooms in wrong date due to mis-operation in App. then I cancelled and rebooked the correct date. however the reject to refund the money for wrong date booking. the App contacted the hotel and explained the reason the hotel still rejected to return the money. it is shoked they never feel shame to rob the client money using this way.

The location is good, it is close to a subway station. Room is clean with nice amenities.

The hotel is well located but it was under construction during our stay so it was a little bit noisy in the mornings.

整體還不錯，整個設施都很好，空間比較大，有免費的水，有化粧棉和棉簽，就是床舊一點，但衞生廳挺好。離維也納西站進站口步行5分鐘，到地鐵口步行4分鐘，樓下有超市，步行街，吃飯的也很多。唯一一點就是覺得服務很一般，不過整個維也納服務都那樣，都不咋地。性價比還湊合。
