Hotel Lucia

酒店地理位置是很好的，因為它就在地鐵站旁邊，方便旅行者出行。但是我非常不理解為什麼每天打掃房間的總是忘記給我放毛巾還有沐浴露，這使得我體驗感非常不好。而且我被安排住在1樓，這間房隔音不太好，我能聽得到1樓客人前往公共廁所的聲音，第一天把我吵醒，非常難受。除了這兩點，都不錯。

I was very pleased with nearly all aspects of this hotel, including the room facilities and breakfasts. It seemed most efficiently managed and kept really clean. Thought not centrally located, it had extremely easy links with the centre via nearby access to the transport system. I had one minor gripe, which was that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.

After writing a review and correctly saying this hotel is situated in "Little Turkey" the manager Dimitrij Simulevski proceeded to call me racist and other names. Correctly letting people know that the hotel is situated near Kebabs and looks like it is in Little Turkey is not racist but something called the TRUTH. Please learn it dear. People don't want to travel from all over the world and stay in Austria when it looks like Little Turkey. Why do that? And don't be ashamed of it. Just admit it. It is a fact. I would avoid this hotel not only because it is NOWHERE near anything and we had to Uber everywhere but it is also situated near the Kebabs and Turks. This is unfortunately the big reason why Austria and other parts of Europe look like they do. You might want to take a leaf out of Poland's book and look after yourself first. You should be proud to be Austrian and not want to support Turks and other non Austrians. That is just sad. Look after yourself dear. The hotel is very clean and cozy. There is also an underground station very close to the hotel. It is also a walkable distance from Schonbrunn Palace. The breakfast is good and it fulfils the expectations. The hotel is located on a very busy street, so it could be difficult to take a taxi from there. Actually, I preferred to go the central station by underground. It is also quite far from the city centre. However, there is an underground station very close to the hotel. It would be also appreciated, if there is a minibar (small fridge) in the room.

We booked this hotel through Jet 2, a company we have used several times. It had some good points, it was clean and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good, with a selection of cold meats, cheeses, rolls and hot dishes. Our room was well appointed with ample cupboards and drawers, however the lighting was poor and we struggled to read at night. The bathroom was very small (it reminded us of one on a cruise ship) with a very dated shower cabinet which required one to step up, and the towels very very thin and small. The area the hotel is located in is fairly run down and we were not terribly comfortable walking out at night. The U Bahn is located nearby though and we used it all the time. There are not very many decent places to eat in the area and we chose to eat in the centre but we did enjoy an inexpensive supper at Das Augustin near the hotel. Vienna is a beautiful and elegant city which we have visited before on several occasions and we were aware that this was a budget hotel.
