Due to Christmas holiday and Winter vacation period, we paid a rate of USD 202 per night (which is super expensive). Although the location of the hotel is excellent and the service of the receptionists/staff spectacular, the rooms are old and very below standard for the price. In addition, out of my 14 days in Europe, this was the one hotel which we were cold throughout the night. Heater was not good. If the hotel had been around USD 80-100 we would have given higher rating, but for a USD 202 per night hotel, it was very below standard

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Parliament, the Rathaus and Hofburg palace. The personal is nice, will answer with a smile. The food at breakfast is fine for those used to Europe style breakfast. People from Asia, China will miss some usual dishes.

The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is clean. There are food and supermarkets around which is convenient.

部屋は広く快適。ただクーラーが、３０度以上の暑さの中、つかない、扇風機一台で過ごさなければならず、かなりキツかった。 朝食のビュッフェは、サラダが毎日同じ（トマト、きゅうり、パプリカのみ）でバリエーションが少なかった。 短期間の宿泊なら問題ないと思う。 ホテルから徒歩１分以内にスーパーが二つもあるので、そこを活用する方がいいと思う。 ただ日曜はしまっているので要注意。 あと、アメニティは、あまり充実してない。 ボディーソープのみ。 あと、タオル交換がされない日や、トイレットペーパーやボディーソープがなくなっても補充されない日もあった。 立地条件以外は正直微妙、、

Неоднократно останавливались в этом отеле. Удобное местоположение, вежливый персонал, чистые номера. Номера просторные. Обязательно приедем еще. Рекомендую к посещению.

Lo mejor la habitación y amabilidad del persona. Nos atendieron rápido y nos ayudaron en todo. El desayuno completo aunque pediría más variedad de dulce. La ubicación perfecta..a 10 minutos andando de la plaza del Ayuntamiento y con una parada de tranvía a 2 minutos (linea 2) que también te deja en el metro U3 que te lleva al aeropuerto.el edificio algo antiguo pero bien

Hotel ben ubicato ma senza aria condizionata solo dei ventilatori ho dovuto discutere molto per avere il parcheggio auto e fare piu volte a piedi la spola tra parcheggio ed hotel .
