Crowne Plaza VIENNA by IHG

Amazing place, very clean, modern , friendly staff and close to the Ubahn station. Will stay here again in Vienna. Has a fitness and sauna on the 7th floor, rooftop to chill in too.

It's really clean and convenient.

I stayed at Maxx Vienna from 11 to 15 October 2025 and had a truly enjoyable experience. The location was excellent — close to the U-Bahn, with cafés and shops within walking distance, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and professional throughout my visit. I especially want to thank Angelina from the front desk, who handled my last-minute request to extend my stay with such kindness and efficiency. It made a world of difference after a small mix-up on my end! My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The separate blankets were a nice touch — no “blanket fights” during the night! The overall vibe of the hotel was modern yet cozy, making it feel like a comfortable home base while exploring Vienna. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and genuinely welcoming hotel in Vienna.

It’s fantastic location, good facilities & a filling breakfast, unfortunately quite strict about a 3pm check in, else all good

The room and the facilities were good. The check-in service at the reception was a bit slow. It was close to a supermarket.

It was so good

Initial Room unfortunately not clean, there was hair everywhere on the mattress, not how it's supposed to be for a 4 star hotel. Front desk was nice enough to give me a bigger room that was definitely cleaner.

Great stay. Clean, cozy room. The spa was a great added value. Recommended!
