Good location, washer dryer room, coffee dock, excellent staff, but small for a couple our room, tiny lift so no good for outsize bags, a few bars and restaurants in the area bus 13a good for train station, did museums and art galleries as rained a lot whilst there, Albertina and Belvedere excellent galleries and Schonbrunnn pre booked concert fantastic

This is an old property and the rooms seem to be renovated. There were different wings inside the hotel. Front office person was very polite and helpful with all the queries. Location is okay, near to the parliament house and other attractions. We had booked 5 rooms. 3 in one building, 2 in the other. The elevator is too small, it will just fit in your luggage. Our apartment had bed upstairs, there were no windows upstairs and the AC was not working. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep. The bathrooms are small. There is no safe/ storage locker in the apartment if that matters. The rooms however were clean. And the kitchenette had decent amount of cutlery. There are a few restaurants in the walking vicinity of the hotel.

Lovely, spacious apartment. We stayed here with our 2 teenagers. Main bedroom is big with fitted wardrobe. Living space had 2 sofa beds, dining table and chairs and a large tv. Apartment was well equipped. Reception staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a courtyard with seating. Apartment is located in district 8. Which is @15 min walk from the sights. We enjoyed staying here. Note - no safe in apartment. This was not an issue for us but might be for some.

We just returned from a stay in the Levante. As a family of 5, 3 of whom are teenagers the apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and a central location within walking distance to all the main sites. The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend The Levante Rathaus and we look forward to returning in the very near future.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the balcony as it was only sunny on my last day in Vienna. It seems like a good idea to start the day with a coffee there. The apartment is close to the Viktor Frankl museum, the Rathaus and good cafes and restaurants. The staff is friendly and although I didn't need anything I believe they would be very helpful if I had a request.

This apartment-style hotel was very clean with modern finishes. The room and common areas were in very good condition. The value was good particularly as options can be limited for groups of five or more. The five person room featured a double bed in the loft area and two fold-out couch beds (one double and one single). The bathroom and small kitchen were very nice. The elevator is small (one or two person max), but was helpful for moving bags up and down. The staff was helpful as well. The walk to the city center is on the long-side (20 minutes or so depending on where you are headed), so getting comfortable with the tram system is a good idea.

Posizione indubbiamente comoda in quanto permette di arrivare in centro con una passeggiata di 20-30 minuti al massimo. Il personale della reception è veramente cordiale e disponibile..ma purtroppo sono le sole due cose positive. L'appartamento è buio. La pulizia veramente marginale. Al nostro arrivo c'erano briciole e polvere ovunque. Il bagno è microscopico ed è attaccato alla cucina (come se fosse uno sgabuzzino). La camera matrimoniale microscopica. C'è un armadio nel corridoio ma neanche un mobiletto per appoggiare le valigie. L'ascensore è strettissimo e bisogna fare più viaggi caricando una valigia per volta (lo capisco perché siamo all' interno di un palazzo storico). Accessori della cucina veramente contati.

Appartement 4 personnes fin août. On nous a donné un appartement au 1er étage sur la rue. Problème : températures élevées 32, 34 °c. Très très difficile de dormir car appartement non climatisé et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car bruit le soir du restaurant juste en dessous et bruit des voitures et des travaux le matin (avec grue juste à côté). Aucun geste commercial... Sinon bonne proximité du centre ville. Accueil ferme très tôt. Si vous arrivez après 17 ou 18h, on vous met la clé ds une boîte à clé...

Bel immeuble dans un quartier huppé, mais loin du centre et du tramway principal. Pas de climatisation ! A éviter l'été. Appartement au deuxième étage sombre sur cour. Porte d'entrée bruyante pas de groom Bel appartement, bien décoré et bonne literie 160. Très bien équipé.
