The hotel location was amazing and the staff were very friendly

Amazing hotel near the Donau River

房間給升級了，非常舒適

房間比較舒適，但地毯太舊，早餐比較豐盛，57樓的餐廳週日關門，週六被包場也無法預訂，然後就沒有餐廳吃飯，衹能定房間服務；打電話需要服務時電話經常無人接聽或等待時間長。所以酒店離5星級標準還差很遠。

ダウンタウンからは離れているので、観光するには電車又はタクシーでの移動が必須です。 ホテル自体はとても清潔感があり綺麗でしたが、サービスはスタッフによってばらつきがあります。 全体的にはとても満足しております。

太差勁，早餐個別都是臭的，前台服務太差

樓層高，視野好，停車費在停車場單獨付。

服務很一般，説是給小孩加床，結果一直沒有安排，頂樓的57樓餐廳也是很一般，早餐一般

酒店環境不錯😌😌

地點非常不錯，交通便利，酒店房間光線很好，非常乾淨，配套設施齊全，服務也很周到，早餐在同等價格都要好吃，總體好評。

酒店在一樁57樓高的辦公樓裏，在維也納不多見。停車場不太好找，導航要一直往裡麪走到底。尤其是第一次去。57樓的餐廳可以。
