Clean best location wonderful place . Very good breakfast.

I travelled to many countries, this hotel gave me very bad experiences. Service are bad. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again.

5star for the staff for the luggage!!!!!! But not for the people in the front desk. Because it delay and even didn’t finish the check in (black hair girl) and past to the other person 😅 酒店整體挺好的特別是拿行李的那些人!!!!!!真的超好!就是前台入住遲了半小時 還說房間整理好了會通知我結果沒有通知我就換班了 除了黑色頭髮馬尾的女孩其他人都很好 順帶一提第一次見一個酒店拿餐具到房間需要收取5€🥹

Very good and Nice hotel

Great location but our stay was riddled with issues: - there were hairs on the towels in our room - another guest brought their dog in the room adjacent which was barking till early hours of the morning - despite paying for breakfast we had issues with the hotel corroborating Over the hotel and experience were very sub par. I would not recommend or stay again.

新 有設計 美 服務超好！家人們沖！非常推薦！對面是歌劇院，這一家原來是芭蕾舞學院改造，我看到有導遊帶遊客來講解。五樓頂樓的半天窗設計很新穎很酷

호텔 프론트 직원들 매우 친절하고 룸 청소 청결도 만족하나 조식 이용시 빠른 대처와 서비스가 미흡하여 불만족스러웠지만 다른 서비스는 다 만족합니다 위치도 좋았습니다
