That the curtain was not ideal I am sorry, as I know that the head of housekeeping is checking every room before releasing them to our guests, I am certain that initally the curtain was not hanging down to be open and honest. That there was an issue with the curtain we are sorry, also about your inconvenience, and we apologise that it was not possible to put the curtain up again and in case we could not help to at least explain how the window blinds outside of the window work. It's our wish that our guests have a wonderful time, and I'll pass on the feedback regarding the shampoo and shower gel and the soundproofing. Our apologies that this wasn't as great as it should be! These are medium- to long-term improvements, but we're documenting them all to continually improve – we'll definitely stay tuned. That you missed the kettle I am sorry! We state it in our guest information, and our reception is there around the clock - as we and surely our guests prefer kettles to be clean and freshly checked, they are available from our reception and housekeeping, of course free of charge. At our 24 hour bar it is also possible to acquire hot and cold drinks, which may also be taken to the room if preferred.
