Very cosy and conveniently located hotel across the road from Wien HauptBH and next to Belvedere Complex - freshly renovated - very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended

This hotel was lovely. Very clean and good decent sized rooms. Good location from the train station, just over the road so although we found it was a little walk to get to places which we didn’t mind we also had the option to take the metro and train which all located very close. Staff helpful and have a luggage storage. Beds in the room very comfortable. There are takeaway close by and restaurants for bite to eats and reasonably priced as outside the centre.

We love it so much. The room is perfect for 4 of us. And its very close to train station.

The location was great, everything was great. We got free breakfast, the men in the breakfast room was very kind and helpful. However, we went there during winter and the heater didn’t work and they weren’t not able to fix during that day. But it was fine, we can barely it because the room was warm enough.

Excellent location across from the main train station, three minute walk to a city train stop that takes you to the center in five minutes. Comfy and environmentally sound room with all you need except AC and in-room coffee. Coffee and an excellent breakfast spread are available in the lobby along with helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of shops nearby; you can get just about everything within three minutes.

The hotel location is great. Very close to train station and most place of interest. The single bed room, which is small but contains all the necessary things. If you booked a breakfast better to get up earlier.

A great hotel with a good location. The area with the main attractions is 15-20 minutes on foot, or you can take the metro, which is next to the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable. The shower stalls are a little poorly made - they are too cramped.

This accommodation is just in front of the central station, so the location is terrific. The room is good enough considering the cost.

This hotel is very good for the price. It's very convenient because it's right in front of the main station. You can easily have breakfast here. It was cold outside, and the room was cold too, so it was a little tough.

The location is superb facing vienna hbf. The room is good and the beds are comfortable. Definitely, good value for money. Can't comment on breakfast as we left early and the hotel didn't provide a breakfast " lunch " box.

The hotel has been renovated to a high standard - the first room I was given smelt awful but I was moved to another one. All in all a decent stay.

Location is a usually the best thing of this place. Right in front of the metro station. Price always is good enough for the Austrian standards plus breakfast is decent with flexible hours. Worst thing? Service without doubts, in the evening there is a guy that it might give you a hand but his attitude is one of the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. It’s a pity because the hotel is actually good if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Vienna.
