Check-in was a breeze thanks to pleasant Eva, the beds were comfy and room spotless. Of our visit from Amsterdam to Prague and to Vienna, we found the friendliest people are in Vienna especially among the staffs at the Quality Hotel, they were helpful and friendly. That's good customer service

Very good hotel including location and serves. clean and comfortable accommodation with very nice staff. very much recommended and I would be surely to stay again in this hotel when I will pay a visit to this city again in the future..

晚上回來發現房頂漏水，找了前台客服，原因可能是空調管路漏水，積極給重新了開了一個房間，行李也可以繼續放在原房間，服務很周到。

衛生情況普通設施比較舊，但職員很友善，地點就在鐵路旁，可步行到美泉宮，很推薦，附近超市星期六關得比較早，要預時間去採購

酒店位置好，步行幾分鐘便可到美泉宮。房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，設施雖不是當下最智能的，但用起來順手舒適。服務人員態度很好，全程英文溝通無壓力。比較過多間酒店訂的房，這家性價比很高。附近有當地人愛去的不錯的小館子，可詢前台。

You stay at this hotel to see Schonbrunn. It is close by. We were given a double room with a shared bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of closet space. Check-in was straightforward. The breakfast was crowded, but there was a large variety of choices. This is a tour group hotel but it was also peak season. We think it is a good choice.

Very poor customer service! Had problems with the toilet! He said that someone tried to fixit but couldn’t! But there nothing else he could do!Instead of apologetic, the manager showed attitude towards us! To the manager, you need the customers keep the business going!!you need to sort out your customer service!!!

Close to public transport and tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and incredibly helpful. It is very clean and you can go easily anywhere you want. The breakfast is also very delicious and there are lots of options.

Hotel location is good, close to the Shronbrunn Palace and Zoo and the underground station, which is an excellent city service. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent but at E18 ahead could be costly for a family over several mornings. There was an offer of E15 per breakfast which you had to take on the arrival day. The room cost was reasonable. There is a small fridge in the room which is always helpful and a large screen TV with CNN in english. The one drawback is the traffic noise at the front of the hotel. A sliding window barrier mitigates this somewhat but it could certainly be an issue for some.

The location is superb, being just a stone's throw away from Schönbrunn Palace, making it an excellent and first-rate choice for families with children. During our two-night stay at the quality hotel in Vienna, we found it incredibly convenient to access various destinations with the nearby subway station. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend it to others.
