A hotel that passes on its problems to the customer instead of solving them. Booked this hotel to celebrate my 65th birthday and retirement. My partner has just received a call from them to say that due to “electrical issues” our room will not be available. Their solution is to send us a list of other hotels. This removes a minor problem for them of not having an available room for customers but leaves a massive issue for us with only 5 days to go. The hotel persuades themselves that they are doing us a favour by letting us know, but good customer service would have them offer to ring round comparable hotels and negotiate an equivalent room instead of shoving the problem fully onto us to do the same. Customer service is a dying profession, increasingly replaced by “management”. An improvement for the worse, as I am sure the expected response to this will reveal. This does not reflect well at all on this hotel in particular or the region in general.

I travel a lot to Vicenza and have been to absolutely every hotel and hostel in town. But I finally found my favorite - cosy, quiet, elegant, and affordable. I strongly recommend Antica Pusterla Relais de Charme. Great and friendly staff who helped me even late at night!

Beautifully presented suite with very up to date fitments, charming courtyard for an excellent breakfast and private secure parking ( with Porsche Connect - but not used) The staff were engaging , informative and very professional. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town with all its bars and restaurants. Look forward to returning!

We booked this hotel for 9 nights and paid in advance. DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE. We had to leave after 2 days after my wife and son were bitten by bedbugs which have infested our room. We cancelled the rest of our stay after 2 days out of concern for our health. THE HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND OUR PREPAID UNUSED DAYS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL !

Really nice place to stay in Vicenca. Clean , big room and bathroom, nice breakfast, good location, helpful staff. Place with authentic Italian charm. Exceed our expectatoons in every way. Would come again definitely.

Starting from the booking process till the end of the stay, this was a great experience. Friendly and helpful people, very nice room, good breakfast. Vicenza is a lovely city by itself and also excellent for exploring the region (e.g. Venice). Not just by car, but also by train (the hotel is just a 20 minute walk away to the station right through the city center).

they will try to charge for anything from the parking lot to check in earlier to an extra pair of blankets and pillow case consider themselves an hotel/residence and at the checkin leave u with an almost finished toilet paper roll... we booked the place for me and my daughter and they were forcing my boyfriend (that just rode us there and helped us un pack ) to pay for his stay too while he was away for work.

Accoglienza gentile ed educata. La ragazza alla reception ci ha spiegato con professionalità le caratteristiche della struttura e le opzioni a nostra disposizione mostrandosi anche disponibile per consigli su dove poter cenare. Camera junior suite perfetta, dalla pulizia impeccabile, alle dimensioni generose, alla scelta delle rifiniture. Hanno un'opzione che comprende parcheggio e colazione al costo di 20 euro al giorno, prezzo onesto. Colazione alla carta di buona qualità. Tornerò più che volentieri!!

La location è suggestiva e confortevole nonostante sia a due passi dal centro. I gestori sono stati gentilissimi e cordiali, la colazione straordinaria, così come la pulizia e la comodità dei letti. Ci torno di sicuro e lo consiglio

Ho dovuto fermarmi per necessità a Vicenza e ho potuto soggiornare sia in uno degli appartamenti dell'Home Relais sia in una delle camere del Relais de Charme. Negli appartamenti non manca nulla e la loro funzionalità è stata di estremo supporto, mentre la camera del Relais de Charme è una preziosa e riposante coccola da concedersi. Desidero ringraziare lo staff per la loro discrezione e disponibilità: sono riusciti sempre a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze e più di una volta le hanno addirittura anticipate, rendendo la permanenza scevra da pensieri. Grazie. Se potrò vi ritornerò per godermi la splendida città e senza ombra di dubbio indicherò Antica Pusterla Relais de Charme a conoscenti e amici.

Praticamente in centro a Vicenza, la struttura è molto efficiente per poter visitare la città. Una camera ben arredata, pulita e comoda al pian terreno. Colazione abbondante e ricca di sapori... personale discreto e cortese. Proprietari sempre a disposizione.

Una residenza molto elegante, arredi di design e raffinati. L’accoglienza è stata perfetta, i servizi eccellenti perché sia lo staff che la proprietà sono stati molto disponibili a risolvere anche problemi legati ad un infortunio. Ottima colazione. Ambienti molto Affascinanti. Nell’insieme una esperienza sublime.

personale cortese e gentile; appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben fornito. vicino al centro.utilizzato quale appartamento di appoggio per un altro viaggio, io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. parcheggio interno anche coperto, appartamento ben rifinito. consigliatissimo
