Great little boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Staff attentive, rooms clean and good standard. Will Definitely be back. Location has some great views of the abbey and a simple walk around the abbey grounds makes you want more. The views are stunning and their is an atmosphere of serenity. Perfect place for a quiet retreat.

Great stay, nice room but bit small, great dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. Breakfast was a bit simple.....the host(s) were friendly and truly helpful and professional. The location has no parking and the local parking needs some instructions....

My family (2 adults and 2 kids) had a wonderful stay in two rooms for one night. The location was perfect, and on our first evening we strolled around the basilica grounds, and took in the view of the countryside. We had one of our best ever dining experiences eating outside as the sun set. Food was incredible, finished off with some alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails. It was a magical evening. The waitors were very friendly and made the experience more magical. Our rooms were newly furnished, clean and very smart. We drove to the hotel door, dropped our suitcases, then parked in the pay and display behind the bassilica. The hotel dealt very well with a mistake that I had made with my booking. A charming old building located in the Basilica Square, with a little leafy courtyard to enjoy tasteful meals. Contemporary rooms with a local touch and great bathrooms, our had a large Italian shower. Steps to go up the rooms, so be prepared and choose a first floor if it is a challenge for you. Parking easy to get to and close to the hotel. Good WiFi. Very kind owners and staff.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at Sy La Terasse. The hotel was full of character and the rooms well priced. Our opinion of the teeny town was initially - oh my gosh what will we do here for 2 days (also a question we heard someone ask at reception when we checked out). Well, what a delight. I am a shopper and didn't miss shopping at all. In fact, I didn't go into any shops. The Basilica was simply beautiful and the choir song of nuns a delight. We took the car and drove to the most beautiful surrounding towns - greenery and wild flowers everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A spiritual place (hence the Camino) - highly recommended for someone who wants to rest, take stock and just be.

Quite room, last floor, nice view on the roofs and the basilique. We were recommended to have diner at SY L Terasse nearby, excllent experience and good food. So indeed a nice experience. Room was well priced, though breakfast not included and indeed to costly (15€/pax) for this type of hotel.

J ai une tendre affection pour cette hôtel. J y viens depuis plusieurs années et fréquenter aussi les Glycines leur deuxième hébergement à l époque. Malheureusement je n ai été reçu dans la chambre " préférée " qui m avait été confirmé. TRÈS DOMMAGE parce que je suis passée par le site et non par booking exprès ! L âme de la michel : Michel ou Stéphane n'était pas là .... J espère que lors de mon prochain séjour j aurai plus de chance Martine

Kleines, schönes Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf die Westfassade der Basilika (Portal und Turm)! Steiles, enges Treppenhaus, für ältere Gäste, die nicht mehr so gut auf den Beinen sind, allerdings wohl nicht mehr geeignet. Frühstück klein aber fein, allerdings dann doch teurer als zuvor angegeben (17 Euro anstatt 16 Euro pro Person).

Très bien. Nous avons été bien accueillis par des personnes chaleureuses. La table est qualitative et raffinée. Vue sur la splendide basilique de Vezelay, Pittoresque. Beau parc avec vue panoramique Accès un peu difficile. Je le recommande.
