Excellent price, apartments are very dated If you want a peaceful break, then forget it as there is no soundproofing between the apartments. Hear the neighbours talking, toilets flushing all night, guests in the corridors For what we paid for the location it was expected for a 1970s apartment.

Nos ha gustado el sitio Apartamento muy amplio y grande con una terraza enorme y soleada. Lo elegimos por su situación ya que queríamos movernos desde Nijar hasta Aguilas en Murcia. Muy cerca hay una zona de restauración donde hay restaurantes de todo tipo nosotros nos hemos estrenado en la freiduría Rosado y genial En el hotel nos han cobrado 15 euros por noche por nuestro perro que pesa 20 kilos. El precio va según el peso del perrete. El personal de recepción muy amable y cercano te indica donde ir con amabilidad En el apartamento hay también escoba y fregona. Horno, microondas, fogones, frigo, cafetera, menaje, lavadora incluso lavavajillas. La gente protesta por todo, no hace falta que vengan a hacer la habitación a diario, en estancias menores a 7 días no pasan por las habitaciones y realmente no es necesario. Muy satisfecha con la elección además nos ha salido muy bien de precio.

Lo malo: la lavadora tardó unas cinco horas y la tuvimos que sacar antes y el lavaplatos no funcionaba bien. Lo bueno: Rafa, uno de los recepcionistas un encanto , nos dió el mejor trato que nos ha dado nunca nadie en ningún sitio . Cualquier cosa que necesitábamos nos ha ayudado en todo , la amabilidad y la cortesía ha sido de 10 . Muchas gracias a él y a todo el servicio que nos han dado. Si volvemos , está en nuestra primera opción! Gracias!

No estaba limpio. Cuando a mitad de semana volvieron a limpiar, creo que sólo cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas, limpiar...Ni racionando el papel higiénico, nos hubiera llegado, muy cutres en eso. Las sartenes, no podían estar más sucias. Este año, la piscina cierra el 15 de Septiembre, cosa que no fue así el año pasado. Lo peor, que lo comunicamos a Recepción, fue que el perro del inquilino del piso de arriba, se hizo pis fuera de su terraza a drede y nos cayó en la nuestra, justo sobre mi.marido y la mesa donde estábamos cenando. Lo.comuniqué y recibí por teléfono un " vaya lo siento". Nuestra cena fue a la basura, nos tuvimos que volver a duchar y fregar 3 veces la terraza para quitar el olor.

La comida aceptable, pero con muy poca variedad. El servicio deja bastante que desear, llegas a la segunda remesa y te tienes que poner tú la mesa, los manteles, los cubiertos todos mezclados y mojados y te los tienes que secar, los platos también mojados y algunos sucios. En la comida falta el cartelito con el nombre de lo que es. Calidad-precio, media baja. Si vuelvo será solo con el alojamiento y con las comidas ya veremos lo que hacer. Tengo que decir un punto a favor del establecimiento, la entrada se supone que es a las 16:00 y nos dejaron entrar 3 horas antes porque la habitación ya estaba disponible. Y el día que salimos como teníamos la comida nos dejaron disfrutar de las instalaciones.

Muy bien el complejo, las piscinas y el personal. La limpieza general y la ropa de cama y baño muy limpia. La ubicación esta genial. Regular escaso para cocinar, los utensilios y armarios para guardar, era pequeño para ser apartamento de tres dormitorios. El Personal muy amable. Mal- Tuvimos una avería de agua que nos caía en uno de los baños y no terminaron de arreglarlo aunque fueron varios veces del equipo de mantenimiento

Importante, los apartamentos no tienen wifi. Por lo demás están bien equipados con nevera, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y tabla para planchar. Por otra parte, estaría bien que cambiaran el somier de la cama por una base mejor, al igual que las almohadas que están algo deformes. La terraza con acceso directo a la piscina está muy bien. Dicho esto, el tema comedor/buffet es otro universo; los vasos, copas, etc. siempre estaban mal lavados, incluso tenían pinta labios. No hay saleros sino un bol enorme con sal y una cuchara, por lo que se vuelve imposible, incluso la gente cogía directamente con la mano y terminaba siendo muy anti-higiénico. No le ponen cartel a la comida, por lo que muchas veces no se sabe ni lo que es. No ponen una pinza/cuchara por bandeja y la gente termina revolviendo la comida porque se usan para 2-3 guisos diferentes. Lo mismo con la barra de ensaladas. Alguno de los camareros llevaba el uniforme puesto malamente e incluso sucio.

Alojada por seis noches en un apartamento ático. Imposible el descanso. Ambiente muy ruidoso debido a la arquitectura del hotel. Sube el ruido hasta el ático por una especie de patio coronado con claraboya, desde el sótano 1 donde se ubican la piscina, el comedor, la cafetería y algunas actividades de animación a las 4 de la tarde, por ejemplo. Lo peor en la habitación, un continuo zumbido de los motores de los aires acondicionados. A pesar de que el mío de noche lo mantengo apagado porque viajo con niño pequeño, se escuchan los del resto del hotel. Me dicen que "lamentablemente" estan mal aislados. Lo lamentable es vender habitaciones en estás condiciones. Como tener una hormigonera funcionando toda la noche junto a la ventana. Huyendo de zonas con ambiente nocturno, buscando un ambiente familiar, no he podido disfrutar de descanso reparador. Una pena no poder adjuntar vídeo o grabación. Es difícil de describir. Muy mal. Tiene mucho margen de mejora en limpieza( tapicería de sofá y sillas sucia). Estaría bien algo más de menaje, es tan justo que te vea obligada a fregar a mano, o poner lavavajillas prácticamente vacío. Bañera muy resbaladiza. La nota positiva para recepción. Amables y diligentes.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Marina Rey fue verdaderamente agradable y superó nuestras expectativas en muchos aspectos. Situado en una ubicación privilegiada cerca de la playa, el hotel ofrece un ambiente relajante ideal para unas vacaciones en familia. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, y el personal del hotel se mostró siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. La variedad de opciones en el buffet libre fue satisfactoria, con platos bien preparados que complacieron tanto a adultos como a niños. Un aspecto que realmente hizo nuestra experiencia excepcional fue la presencia del socorrista, Juan Carlos. No solo se mostró sumamente profesional y atento a la seguridad en la piscina, sino que también fue increíblemente amable y cariñoso con nuestras dos hijas. Su atención personalizada y su constante buena disposición hicieron que nos sintiéramos muy tranquilos y bien atendidos. Juan Carlos es, sin duda, un gran valor para el Hotel Marina Rey, y su dedicación y amabilidad marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra estancia. Recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel para familias que buscan un lugar acogedor y bien gestionado para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables.
