Occupancy limits are strictly enforced and exceeding them may result in loss of your security deposit. Parties and special events are not permitted. This two bedroom, two bath home is as aesthetically pleasing as it is comfortable, with stunning views of the coastline through a wall of glass doors that open directly onto the deck. The ocean is at your feet, accessed by private stairs. Twelve foot high curved ceilings throughout the house create an open and airy feeling that lifts the spirits. The state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with upscale appliances, including dishwasher, two refrigerators, professional range and convection microwave. The enormous granite island is perfect for socializing around the kitchen. The delightful banquette dining area with 180 degree views of the coastline provides seating for 8 or more. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and professionally designed lighting that provides a romantic ambiance. The deep oversized soaking tub in the master bathroom fills from the ceiling and invites you to light the candles and pamper yourself. We are located in the gated section of Faria Beach with a private tennis court, picnic table and children's playground a few feet away. PCH offers bike lanes for long rides along the coast. The charming town of Ventura is a few minutes away for shopping, dining and antiquing. Santa Barbara and Ojai are a short drive away. Faria Beach is known for its excellent surf and amazing variety of conditions. A walk on the beach when the tide is out may find the shoreline sandy or rocky.
