Großes Zimmer. Leider ungemütliches Bett (bestehend aus zwei Matratzen, die ständig ausseinander gehen und rutschen). Roomservice kostet 7,50€ - das habe ich in keinem Hotel auf der Welt erlebt. Frühstück und Kaffe sehr lecker. Sehr schöne Hotelanlage

Stayed a number of times on business and always had a pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, large beds and doors leading onto a seated patio area, nice views, good food and great beer! Behind the hotel there is gym, not a bad location, close to the main roads.

Rooms were clean and modern, true to the photos provided. Rain shower was great and Rituals shower gel & shampoo a plus. The air con took a long time to cool the room as it was quite small compared to the room size, but after a few hours of running it, we got the room down to around 24 degrees during a hot period in August. Paying the £10 extra for a room with air con was a good idea. Pillows were a problem for me, as they were super thick/high but firm due to being filled with fiber, not feathers/downs. I had a stiff neck the next day. I felt they were unusable as such. The hotel is only 3 floors but very long, so we had quite a walk to the restaurant and reception, but overall not a biggie. The views and location are fantastic, on a quiet little pond with lots of flowers and plants around. It smelled of forest in the morning. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about, but the necessities were there. I don't eat much for breakfast anyway. Dinner at the restaurant was ok. We had the burgers but they weren't great and the French fries were a bit dry. Since the menu was mostly fish (I don't eat fish), there weren't any choices but burger, vegetarian tagliatelle or a couple of salads to choose from. Staff at the restaurant and reception were very friendly.

Made a late booking to stay here when travelling from Berlin to Calais. Excellent location just off the motorway - a little hidden but should have followed the sat nav ! Really easy check in, perfect English spoken, Room was a little walk from reception but not too bad. Spotlessly clean. Good shower, but tiny towels! Lovely grounds with 4 large ponds. These were in fenced so may be a concern for those with small children. Quite a few dogs staying at this hotel - with their owners of course - head then say it was an additional 17.50EUR per night for your dog and they were only allowed in certain rooms. 12 car chargers in the car park at 0.59EUR / Kw. All 22kw chargers that were fine for my car as a hybrid, but could be slow for a full charge on all electric vehicles. No app required to use them. Good breakfast with just the right amount of choice. Nice restaurant, lovely setting and good food.

Just a stop over on the way through The Netherlands, but perfect all round. The restaurant and breakfast was top. They also have 8 electric vehicle chargers which is why we picked this hotel. . . Friendly staff with good basic English too.

A group of six of us stayed at the Maashof hotel on what was the last night of a 10 day motorcycle tour and it was also my birthday. I had carefully chosen the hotel in the hope that we would have a lovely stay and dinner in a beautiful lakeside location. Unfortunately there were several issues which cast a significant shadow over my birthday celebrations and ruined our stay. The problems started when checking in when they overcharged two of my friends and they would have overcharged another friend and myself, had I not noticed and intervened. I had booked four single occupancy rooms and one double occupancy room and there was an administrative issue between *********** and the hotel which caused confusion over how many guests were staying in each room, despite the hotel having the names of the six guests against each booked room. All of us were asked when checking in how many guests were staying in each room, but despite this two friends were charged the double occupancy room rate and one friend was charged for two half board dinners despite them all being in rooms on their own. In addition, they also attempted to overcharge us for the half board option despite me accepting a special offer online which had been emailed to me prior to arrival. We then had a further major issue. Three of the rooms were directly underneath the kitchen and hotel entrance and were extremely noisy until very late in the evening and again the next morning starting around 5.30am which meant several of us had a very disturbed night. Two of my friends complained at the time and agreed with the duty manager that they would have the full cost of their room refunded, as he was unable to offer them an alternative room. He advised them that if we had wanted better, quieter rooms we should have booked directly with the hotel rather than through *********** and he told my friend to email the Reservations Manager regarding the refund. The hotel management have admitted that the rooms we stayed in are very noisy, but there was no mention of this when we booked and they still charged the full room rate. On our return to the UK, I emailed the Reservations Manager and following many exchanges she offered a 25% refund for the three rooms most affected by the noise, despite the duty manager’s earlier promise of a full refund. Personally I thought this paltry offer did not provide sufficient remuneration for the problems we encountered but I felt I had no choice but to accept. I subsequently provided my bank details in an email but the refund was not forthcoming. I chased regularly by email as to why the refund was taking so long only to be told cross-border, cross-currency bank transfers take a long time and "it will arrive within a few days” and then “as soon as possible”. Despite these repeated assurances it took 3 weeks for me to receive the refund and only then after several more emails including to the hotel General Manager who at one point decided to attack my pe

Hotel far from the city, cozy place , booked a double bed room but they insisted to give 2 single beds , nice food , no electric kettle in the room , as well as no telephone to reach the reception,room heater wasn't working properly, welcoming staff specially those in the restaurant.
