Very beautiful place, situated in a quiet area of Venice, close yo the train station. They have a nice terrace for breakfast (is such a pitty it is not open during the daytime). The room was spotless, not very big, but was enough for us. Close to everything, a lot of bars, terraces, restaurants nearby. The price per night i think it is a little too high compared with what you get, but let’s say it is fine.

If you want a quiet place to stay in Venice, this is it. Our room faced a courtyard and although you might get a bit of late night noise from the nearby walkway (one of the possible paths to the bus terminal), it wasn't enough to bother us. Breakfast is good and the staff are extremely friendly!! The B&B is a bit pricey, but it's still one of the better choices in Venice. This is the third time I stayed here, but the first time I had a smaller room. It felt a bit tight. Also, I think eggs for breakfast could have easily been provided with a hot plate.

Look no farther than Ca’ San Rocco for the perfect place to stay in Venice! This lovely B&B is owned and operated by sisters Irene and Valentina, who immediately make you feel right at home. They share expert advice on all Its takes to enjoy Venice from gondola rides, to restaurants, to navigating the latest health protocols. The lovely apartments are spacious, spotless, and well appointed, All this within easy walking distance from the Rialto and San Marco, as well as from the train station and airport shuttle, making for smooth arrival and departure. Ca' San Rocco was delightful. About a 5-10 minute stroll from the bus station and nearest water taxi drop off point. We had a large traditional room which was spotlessly clean and with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was perfect, really hot towel rail and loads of hot water. Our booking came with a traditional continental breakfast which was ideal. The owners could not have been more helpful. It is perfectly situated and you can get to the Rialto Bridge in about 15-20 minutes. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

A small hotel in a quiet area. 8 mins walk from the main car parks, bus terminal etc. Away from the hectic, crowded areas of Rialto Bridge and St. Marc’s Square but easy to walk to them in 15 mins. Restaurants and shops nearby.

I can’t recommend this beautiful little hotel enough. This is the second time we have visited Venice and we have stayed here both times and I’m so glad we did. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need. The hotel is in a fantastic location surrounded by small bars and restaurants that are all superbly priced and great quality. However, the best part is that the young ladies who run the hotel are amazing and really make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out if their way to provide a very personal service. We will return. Thank you
