Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out with upgrade & free breakfast that Ms. Anna ensured to make it really enjoyable. The hotel located in quite area with short walk to the centre.

The location is a bit far, hotel is fabulous and clean staff are very kind. The variety of food is limited. The upgraded our room to the next level which is very nice.

A late noisy party in the inside garden destroyed a potential quiet evening, miss a desk, even little in the bedroom.

威尼斯非常高端的酒店，房間設計極為現代（其實有點不方便比如手洗內衣沒辦法），服務態度非常好，價格貴。按照攜程房間説明，訂了2晚行政套房（2大2小），一張大床，2張單人床，反覆確定不是梳化床和加床。16,000左右，2晚。入住時候，大堂異常熱情，給了歡迎飲料，但是説我訂房衹填了2大人訊息，所以以為一個孩子，看到2個孩子，加床要收費。我立刻覺得這邏輯有問題，既然都準備了2張床，為何説以為衹有一個孩子，如果既然知道4人，明明4人入住可以，為何加床要另外收費？前台説可能誤會了。和攜程立刻確認，説不收費了。但是進入房間，如圖，就是廳裏改造的沙發加褥子和加彈簧床,這和攜程訂房説明和反覆確認的完全不符合。攜程幫忙協調，説衹能這樣，孩子能睡就不計較了。退房時候，除了入城費，還打印出單子，寫明employee benefits,接近100歐元，説是服務費，由於要趕輪船，就付款了，但是拿着收據牌照給攜程，因為這又是額外費用。確認後這是小費，酒店解釋説我們沒有反對。這真有趣，如果是小費，應該金額是客人提出（我可能會服300歐呢？），而不是打印出一個數字讓住客付。隨後攜程協調説幾日後退回。這些小細節其實凸顯酒店對待遊客，或者攜程中國遊客的小伎倆，大家注意一下。酒店還是不錯的，畢竟一晚8000，也是有價值的，呵呵。

非常好，從到酒店開始，首先人員非常熱情親切，其次大堂雖小但很有設計感很漂亮。房間也很乾凈，早餐種類很豐富，可以坐在户外小花園很愜意

酒店在岸邊，風景很美。因是新酒店，設施不錯，除了有個枕頭有點味兒，其它都衞生都很好！服務熱情周到。樓下餐廳味道近米其林，不錯。走路10分鐘到中心廣場，比較方便。出門即可坐船。

位置優越，去看雙年展住這裏很合適，工作人員服務很好，我早上11:00到的，房間沒有打掃出來，存了行李，前台的帥哥給我的水瓶灌滿了氣泡水，年紀比較大的經理掏出了紙質的威尼斯地圖給我講解必須去的地方，房間舒適安靜，推門就是外海，早上吃了早餐走出去獨享一片安靜的海。

入住此次行程的第三家Patricia Urquiola出品酒店Ca‘di Dio ，酒店改造自亞得里亞海邊一座可以溯源至十三世紀的古老宅邸，Urquiola近年的空間出品大多強調色彩運用，視覺效果不錯但空間體驗感略顯單薄，有點像快題作業。此次入住三家相對最喜歡的空間是她的Casa Brera hotel大堂，而目前依然覺的十多年前巴塞隆拿文華東方是她酒店出品的天花板。

非常滿意! 奢華優雅又乾淨。豪華的酒店顯示出獨特的設計風格。從房間，衞生間，花園，甚至走廊都顯示出不凡的擺設。早餐太豐盛美味！服務非常貼心。一位看上去有亞裔基因的女服務員發現我有些失聲，主動詢問是否要檸檬薑茶，我感動了！真是求之不得！第二天去時她記得我，主動給我送來了檸檬薑茶！好感激！從Venice Santa Lucia Train Station 乘了Water Bus 4.1，衹有8站就到了 ****nale，下船後對面就是酒店。每20分鐘有一班船，非常方便！百分之百推薦這酒店，你絕對不會失望的！

設施：這個酒店設施都很新，維護的很好衞生：我覺得我對於酒店衞生相對來説還是比較嚴格，他們家做的真的很好環境：由於有水有暖和的地方必定有蚊子，但是他們酒店的消殺做的超級棒，而且坐船可以直接到酒店服務：酒店的工作人員都很熱情，處理的非常好
