A 3-Star Hotel with 5-Star Service
Hotel Malibran may be rated three stars, but the service is top-tier. Everyone, from the concierge to housekeeping, kitchen staff, and waiters, works with genuine warmth. You’re greeted with smiles, and you can tell they’re proud of what they do.
Special thanks to Salvo at the front desk. He’s a standout. Speaks multiple languages, including Chinese. Professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He gave me a personalized trip plan, listed local spots worth visiting, and never got tired of my questions. Rare to find this level of care.
The room: clean, compact, and comfortable. Good enough for working online without any issues.
The included breakfast is decent: breads, cheeses, hams, and cold cuts. Drink choices are solid too.
The hotel is close to Rialto Bridge, which means the area’s prices can be high, but the convenience and access are unbeatable.
Would absolutely stay again. The staff alone make it worth it.
