Good service and facilities. The room was large and comfortable. The location was a little outside of the main area, however, we liked that it was quiet and still within walking distance to all of the popular tourist destinations. For a 3 night stay, I was surprised that our room was not made up throughout our stay. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Nice hotel and convenient to the water bus, easy to get to main sites.

Location is fine close enough with a ten minute walk to some cafe, nothing special about the breakfast and twice had to ask the reception to make our room up at the end of day . Staff friendly enough.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean room. Located at the south of Venize, quiet part of the town. Staffs are friendly and happy to help. I would definitely recommend this.

We had the privilege of staying this hotel for four nights this January. Upon arrival on the private water taxi from the airport we hired, we were met by staff and immediately checked in to our room. We were in room 205 and it is the biggest hotel room we have ever had in Europe. It was bright and airy and contained everything we needed for our visit. We originally were not going to have breakfast at the hotel each morning but the “Manager” Tudor convinced us to give it a try and we ended up doing it several mornings. It was complete with eggs, bacon, cheeses, meats, many different breads and pastries, several different tapenades, of course delicious coffee, the icing on the cake….prosecco. The hotel’s location in Dorsoduro put us in strolling distance to many great Osterias and restaurants and to the Accademia Bridge. We easily walked to San Polo, San Marco, the Rialto Bridge, and other main sites but then ended each day back near our hotel for the best of the best. What really made our stay amazing though was the staff, especially Tudor. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay exceptional. We will definitely return.

Unfortunately the room that was paid for and promised, a roo. Similar to room 105 an upgrade with canal view, was given to someone else. The room they gave me had a 'wall' view, the wall was not even 1 meter from my window. Front office clerk was not helpful, all she said was: " we are fully booked and for all three nights that you are staying, we cannot give you the room we promised ". Guest is not at fault, but the hotel is. Sad that the customers get tricked in this hotel. Bad experience... Also WIFI and Internet is bad received in room ( 10 metres from the reception, is where my room is ) And room smells like sewer

We had an amazing stay in late November. Hotel is clean and QUIET away from the hustle and bustle of San Marco. 15 min walk to all the action. Hotel is located right on a canal. There is a restaurant right next door and grocery store 5 min walk. Front desk staff very helpful, and little bar/lounge area was a nice touch. Price was decent for Venice and is right near Zattare water bus stop from airport. Room was clean and spacious for European standards, we had deluxe queen. Would def stay again.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a delightful three-night stay here. The staff warmly welcomed us, addressing all our questions. We opted for the queen room, equipped with a coffee machine, Roku for streaming, and a safe. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful treats too. The room was not only reasonably priced but also impeccably clean and tidy. The bathroom, stocked with shampoo and conditioner, was equally well-maintained. Daily room cleaning and replenished condiments added to the positive experience. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring tourist spots, and a nearby ferry facilitated city navigation. An added bonus was the option to keep our bags at the hotel post-checkout for city exploration, free of charge. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would gladly choose it again if I ever return.

Wonderful stay with our family - two adults, two children. Fantastic location, rooms clean and well equipped and a lovely breakfast. Such a great base for our Venice stay just around the corner from two Vaporetto stops - Salute and Accademia - and minutes from the Geand Canal. Great communication from the hotel too in advance, with directions etc. We're very pleased we booked here.

Stayed last November for 3 days, I found the Hotel centrally located, shaming, very clean, friendly staff, rooms were very clean and nice. The only issue I would say I had that in November you are not allowed to use the AC. I really need AC all the times, but I understood they can't use it in those months due to state laws. Never the less I would highly recommend the hotel and hope to re visit again. Raul,

We are so glad we picked to stay at Salute Palace. After a busy day in town it was so nice and peaceful to come back to a beautiful hotel. The staff is so good and helpful, with telling us how to get places, booking a water taxi, and answering are questions. And if that isn’t enough they even have the best breakfast with pastry’s, coffee, and many more! It was a delightful experience, would stay again!
