Helpful staff, good location and a good sized room with all required amenities. Except there was no wifi which is a basic these days. We were told it was just recent but looking back at other reviews has been going on for a while. The shower in our apartment was very small. You can't bend over in it. Also they need bug screens on the windows to keep out mossies at night. It is not cheap given the issues.

It’s a walking distance from the station. We Google Mapped CORTE DEL BAGOLARO N. 539B as per instructions of reception. We reached the address but could not see the hotel at all. Called the hotel and the receptionist guided us (we were right in front of it but didn’t realise the building was infact the hotel). There are no signboards of the hotel at all so easy to get lost. DO NOT ask anyone for assistance with the map as they are likely to send you elsewhere. Check in was smooth and receptionist was the most helpful and welcoming. Wifi was not working and we were advised of the same (no issues as we had unlimited data). Room is big. Bed is too soft. There is no daily housekeeping service during the stay. So towels needed to be reused. The weather wasn’t good so towels were still not completely dry the next day. There is a kitchenette and some utensils. Bathroom is slightly compact. Good interior (old property). Reception is not 24/7, reception times are 9am-12pm and 2pm to 7:30pm. For late check in there is an additional price (€30-€50). Found it a bit pricy compared to the facilities offered (specially no housekeeping service/ fresh towels for the second night and no 24/7 reception). It’s more like Air BnB than a hotel. There are rules around what can we throw in a rubbish and recycle etc (we were given a pamphlet explaining this). Won’t stay again as I don’t enjoy this type of accommodation setting.

The staff were so helpful! They offered us good recommendations of restaurants and sightseeing within Venice. The room was also lovely. We had an issue opening the door during times when reception was closed and someone had arrived within 5 minutes to help us out :)

Large, comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station and a five minute walk to a large canal with lots of good restaurants. Kitchen has all you need to cook if desired. Clothes washer in the bathroom. Nice large double bed with lots of closet space. Apartments are either on ground floor or first floor - no elevator. Location is good - quiet and in a less-touristy neighborhood.

Very spacious, clean and modern. Great location and quiet - near to the central train station. Highly recommend. I like the simple and modern decor. They also have a kitchen for utilities and dishes so you can cook if you tire of Italian food ;)

We loved our 1 bedroom apartment with fully stocked bath & kitchen. Comfortable but not fancy, just the way we like it! Nice touches like a towel warmer, espresso pot & plenty of closet space. Our windows looked out on a lovely little canal - wow! Hotel in a quieter area of the city, but still lots of cafes & restaraunts very close by. Water taxis & bus station very close as well. But the best part was the owners who were naturally friendly, inviting & very helpful. We would definately stay there again & recommend it to friends.
