I didn’t expect much from the hotel actually. Check in was pretty swift, receptionist tried their best to give you a guide if it’s your first time in Venezia. Rooms were small in size, probably expected it too. But everything else was pretty complete, you have bedroom slippers, soap and shampoo etc. No toothbrush toothpaste. No bathrobes or kettle. But most things best to prep bcs hotels in Europe usually dont provide. Cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Bathroom were huge, clean and looks luxurious. There’s an elevator too - suitable for elderly if you’re travelling with one. Location is superb - in Canneregio, there’s like restaurants and bar everywhere near the hotel, super chill too, a lot of people likely locals but not as annoying as in San Marco as it’s touristy packed.

Good location , quite n nice surrounding , we reveived quality service from concierge , front desk, restaurant n house keeping 🥰🥰 Nice property , accessable by water taxi , very convinient👍

This hotel was fabulous Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle 5 min walk to restaurants and bars Very clean hotel Staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you Lovely bar sat outside late evening having an Aperol ! 25 minute to to St.Marks Sq lovely walk over bridges Shops amazing Would go back again and definitely stay in this hotel again Thank you Venice

The hotel is in a nice quite location, not far from the hustle and bustle. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work in our room but apart from that, it was excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located relatively close to the train station and the vaporetto stop, but in a really quiet neighborhood, so it's peaceful both at day and night. The area has several bars where to have a drink, and some restaurants. We particularly enjoyed staying in this location, because it was not overly packed with tourists as in the center, there were also locals hanging out there, and the atmosphere was not crowded and commercial. The room is very nice, spacious, and the bed is really comfortable!!! which is amazing, after walking miles up and down the Venetian bridges! Service is great, everyone at reception is helpful and extremely kind, speak good english, and helped accomodating all our needs. The hotel also helps organizing a private boat trip along the main canals, which is really a great experience and I would absolutely recommend! Overall I'm super happy with our experience at this hotel, and I would totally recommend this stay to everyone!

服務人員熱情、很會聊天，會主動幫忙！房間也很舒適，我住的房間還有一個大的陽台，很喜歡。雖然離火車站有一點距離，但也步行可以達到，只是如果有兩個大行李箱，可能還是要考慮一下。其他方面，衛生、硬件設施、服務等等都很好。

Un Hotel con un equipo de profesionales extraordinario. Muy amables y una comunicación muy fluida en varios idiomas. Las habitaciones están francamente bien con un servicio de limpieza, muy bueno.

房間很有特點，衞生間也很大很新，超出預期，很小眾的一家酒店，值得感受，酒店門口特別安靜的一條沿水小路，出去走不遠就是熱鬧的商業街，喜歡安靜的遊客可以打卡，酒店前台可以幫助叫觀光船和去機場的出租快艇🚤，非常方便

Pues para el dineral que hemos pagado por 4 noches y un Hotel de 4 estrellas, ne costaba encontrarlas. Amables, si. Pero te miran raro si no das propina. Desayuno, muy normal, zumo de polvos y se repetía todos los días, salvo las tartas. La habitación bastante grande, pero un baño más viejo que yo. Se salía el agua, tenía que pedir todos los días el gel y el champú, debe ser que no debería haberme duchado todos los días. En fin, indudablemente, volvería una y mil veces a Venecia, pero no me alojaria aquí

羅馬最後一站，老城中心，覺得超出想象。 1，放房間不大，但兩大一小足夠，覺得擁擠 2，最主要是可以停車，性價比超出意外 3，步行去噴泉，一刻鐘左右 4，去古羅馬鬥獸場可以不行，20-25分鐘 5，去梵蒂岡，打車15分鐘左右 6，附近有的士站，100米內 7，老城走走就行，抬頭處都是景點。 8，樓頂就有餐廳，需要提前預約 9，這個價格和服務，超出意外
