Hotel Carlton Capri

such a great stay, we enjoy our time in venice the location is great

Location was excellent. Check in was smooth. Room was nice but bed covers could be replaced. Very old and worn looking. No English speaking channels on TV if you like to relax and check up on the news daily. Shower door was nice but still allowed water on the floor so be aware. When we checked out the front desk got us a Poter for 25 euro to bring our bags back too the train. Has daily breakfast in the am but we never utilized. Great money spend!

Hotel was located near train, bus and water transport, Very good location. Very good air-conditioned room but no iron in room for cloth pressing. Value for money

Loved my stay here. Great location - a bit away from the tourist buzz so nice and quiet and a nice local feel around, but still only 15/20 min walk to the center. The breakfast was amazing too, definately recommend! Staff were lovely.

It is very close to the Venice station, making it very convenient to get around. The front desk staff are very friendly. However the room is a bit small for more than two people.

Check in was smooth and we we allowed to store luggage a couple of hours prior to check in. Room was a bit cramped for 3. Unfortunately, as is the practice in most places in Italy, room did not have water, ice, kettle, microwave etc. Laundry was expensive, and breakfast ( not included in room rent) was additional $10. The location of hotel was perfect near the station, and also, there are many street eateries. Overall enjoyed it as the room was clean.

The room is relatively old, it’s clean but old. And whenever you leave the hotel, you have to pass the key back to the reception staff and retrieve after you’re back.

Nice and clean. Close to the train station & water taxi services. Room was very small but nice. Breakfast service was available.Price seemed to be reasonable.

not bad the keys of the rooms need to be left in the reception and are made of metal, very heavy
