Last year we visited Venice with my wife and decided to try this boutique hotel. It was so amazing that we promised ourselves we would bring the kids and my parents in law back (all the way from chile!!!). And while people say that a second experience is never as good as the first, I can say this time was even better. From the service, to the rooms, to the food to the location, everything is superb. The staff is amazing, they look at every single detail to make your stay enjoyable. Even in the lead up to our stay they were super responsive. Everyone just loved it as we did last year. It is located only a few steps from the Ca Rezzonico station (1 min walk) where you can jump in the vaporetto and move all around Venice. It is simply the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in and we do hope to come back for a third time!

Just returned to this fantastic hotel and could it be better? In short, yes! (Would score 6 if I could). All the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very stylish and so well presented. The breakfast (outside if it’s not too hot) is so nice. We appreciated the location even more this time. 1 minute from the water bus stop, 5 minutes from one of three bridges that crosses the Grand Canal, and 15 minutes from San Marzo and the Rialto. I say that because the area is free from lots of tourists which makes it a great place to return to, The star of the show is Corina who is an true asset to the hotel and to Venice! We will be back again soon!

We had such a gorgeous time here, what a beautiful hotel & the staff were lovely. Best hotel we stayed in, in Italy. It was my partners 30th birthday and they left us Prosecco & cake with balloons in the room. Breakfast was amazing considering it was included and you could book a water taxi right by the hotel. Location was perfect for us, 15 minutes from St Marks Square and in a lovely part of Venice.

I cannot say enough good things about Palazzetto My Venice hotel. Everything and everyone was amazing! The location was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious; best we had at any of the hotels we stayed at in Italy. But what impressed most was the staff who went above and beyond to provide top-notch service and suggestions. A special shout out to the night shift front desk worker (I believe his name was Roberto) who gave us a personal escort to the water bus station so we could avoid anticipated boat traffic due to an event that was to take place. I am not sure we would have made it to the pick up location for our excursion without Roberto's help. This is one of the many advantages of staying at a boutique hotel. As a middle-aged couple, we have come to appreciate the boutique hotel concept over the chain hotels which boast amenities that are no longer needed for us at this stage in our life. You just can't compare the level of personalized attention you receive at a hotel like this. We were celebrating our anniversary and were delighted to find a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in our room after returning from a long, hot day of exploring the beautiful city. We even were given a parting gift upon check-out. Palazzetto My Venice out did themselves and I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a superior experience in Venice.

What a gem of a hotel. From start to finish our experience at this hotel was 10/10. Firstly all the staff were just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble! Corina in particular was an excellent hostess. She gave some fantastic recommendations for evening dinner and even brought some delicious apéritif’s to our room!! She ensured we were well looked after . Without fail she was a credit to the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean with welcomed air conditioning in the 30+ degree heat. The bed and pillows made for an excellent nights sleep. Kettle and iron were just a request away as these were not kept in the room. With only a few guests staying we felt like we had the hotel to ourself which made it feel very personal. We would not hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to all family and friends. “ Arrivederci “
