Apart from the hiccup at arrival, the rest of the stay was great. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Food was great especially at Azzurro restaurant. The in water villa was superb. We did enjoy our stay greatly. Will definitely return in the future.

The whole trip was not very satisfying. First, the seaplane time I requested is at noon on the 22nd, so that I can have a half-day tour of Male. As a result, I was arranged for an early morning seaplane. The hotel said that because the time of the seaplane is not under their control, and the time of the next day's seaplane will only be known after 6pm before 1 day .Second, I don’t know whether the lock of my luggage was broken by the seaplane staff or the resort staff. Anyway, the lock on my luggage was completely missing between the seaplane and check in the resort. Third. neither the birthday room decorations nor the cake that was promised to me was delivered. I was sick that day, so I didn't remind or ask, but I think the hotel completely forgot, which is a big mistake. Fourth, I told that I am sick and uncomfortable, can I ask for some hot soup for breakfast? The front desk said that there is no way, you only can eat whatever the kitchen prepares, which I can understand, But the front desk didn't even have a word of concern and greeting! I feel so indifferent!
I was very happy to choose you as my first vacation after the covid ,but now I feel that this is a complete mistake.

Выбрали отель, тк очень любим сеть отелей Баньян Три. Остров красивый, виллы на острове небольшие, с разным оснащением, но в целом уютные. Почти все с собственными бассейнами (надо внимательно выбирать номер при бронировании). Нас сначала поселили в очень плохой номер с плохим заходом в море и какой-то трубой у пляжа, после нескольких просьб переселили в отличный номер с прекрасным тенистым садом. Есть зона вилл с хорошим пляжем (от 105 до 145 примерно), потом зона с кораллами. Домашний риф есть, но он не очень большой. На большой риф вывозят ежедневно на сноклинг (если погода позволяет). Водные виллы по размеру и оснащению показались более современными. Отель в целом не плохой, но Сервис требует улучшений! Совсем не внимательны к просьбам гостей! Персонал ресторана очень медленно работает. Если на ужин заказываешь бутылку вина, принесут как раз к завершению ужина(( На сноклинге видели черепах, акул, скатов и мант. Море великолепное!
